I think she says that regardless of what your actual attendance is, as the game doesn't expect you to have 100 attendance at that point.

I don't think so. They've been keeping their thread updated. 0.50.0 is the previous update of the game. Normally it gets updated pretty quickly, but since it wasn't, I took a look.

It's only to be obsolete if the creator change character role, which very unlikely. Also if there's new family character introduced.
An I patch for ver 51 was posted almost a week ago.

I've repeated this over 50 times, in & out, and the scene won't trigger.
Can I continue the WT progress and when that scene triggers next time I can "walk in on her" or am I fucked at this step until it triggers?

Go to residential area of downtown at 1900 hours which requires skipping dinner with family. You will see your sister walk into the bar and that unlocks it.
