Skip the cliche incest because it was a school trip and family was at home. Skip the cliche secret lab, ruins, aliens, magical plant found on Island where the MC get transformed into a female.
What does that leave us with? Trapped on an Island full of school mates. So many ways to go with this story start.
Survival choices that affect game, attraction, competition removal, politics, females being more submissive, pregnancy etc. Lord of the flies type story with a bunch females and a few males to remove.

I have to agree. The game can do without incest of any kind, and with pretty much everything Rhazes said as well. There's plenty of ways the story can be taken.
The only problem I envision is if the survival/RPG mechanics turn out to be a cheap excuse to pad out the game and turn it into a grindfest.

Mom and 2 sisters board a yacht to look for missing MC. The yacht sinks as well and they are luckily stranded on the same Island. Mother is a widow. The father died in a car accident. Mother is attracted that her son is so helpful, in shape and intelligent unlike his father and finds herself attracted to her son. One Sister is older, not a virgin, and looks like a younger version of Mom. She isn't attracted to her brother at first but after he saves her from stuff and teaches her stuff she discovers he is a real man and not like any of her unemployed/ pot head/alcoholic boyfriends and is now very attractive. Younger sister looks nothing like her mother and looks 12 but is actually 18 same age as the MC but younger and is a virgin, has freckles, never kissed a guy, she sees the MC naked one day as he is showering and starts to fantasize about him and creeps on him with her 12 year old looking friend but she is also 18 year old and wants to see the MCs penis while he is asleep and encourages the MC sister to touch it.

I rarely try a game that doesn't have incest included but this type of game doesn't need incest to get my attention . Lets hope it will be a good and serious project .

Thanks, i can decompile ren'py games and get all images in the version provided, i was not sure which one to use in thumbnail because sometimes there is too much good photos.
Just a question what is your ideas from the survival aspect. Will we see changes overtime to the lifestyle and living standards? Will the females notice your progress and find it attractive? I'm looking for a more immersive experience than most of these games provide. Like fuck seducing let me build shit and eat better than them and have them seduce me.

I actually like pregnancy. I like seeing prego women and wouldn't mind kids running around in a few scenes. However, it is mostly ignored except for the Asian looking games.
