This one is pretty forgiving, there's no time limit or pressure, so all you have to do to stay alive is manage slave assignments just enough that you a.) gaining money, b.) occasionally assign a slave to clean so morale doesn't tank, c.)buy food, (you can assign slave to hunt but usually money making jobs payout enough that you can buy more food than they could find, there's a auto-buy food slave assignment later in the game). Unlike a lot of simulators if you just manage those three things, nothing will set itself on fire, and you can just spam pass the day button(only occasionally stopping to quickly manage cleaning and buy food), gain gold however slowly to buy slaves and equipment so you can gear your party for bandit grinding so they level up(and so you have a powerful party that can escort you through the world).Hmmm, always suffering a bit when I see games like these. Because I'm too dumb to play them, like I played a similar game once (or maybe it was even this game? Can't remember) Gave some sort of tutorial, but I had to many choices and no idea where to start, so take my characters and go to battle......lose everything character dead...ok... Another game....slave runs away after 1 week.... :/
Man, I really need some tipps for management games....
They only real pratfall is trying to do combat without a full party, lowest level bandits are lvl 2, slaves start at level 1, so to win you want to outnumber the bandits. Also you need to have a party member with high perception+scouting you can turn down fights, else you'll be forced into tons of needless encounters.
tldr: This the Pokemon of slave trainers, you can get gud, but that just lets you finish the game more quickly, even the slowest players will get there eventually.
