well depends if you want to ask what's the food about ....spain is much better you know what are you eating before even seeing it,...less grandious but same quality or more....i didnt eat my best foie gras in france or the best filet mignon.Oh, but the food!

only place I ever returned food was in france, they served literal raw steak when I asked for medium rare.
blue meat is almost only served in france i saw so many times,...for me that im a chef [with an actual degree ]is impossible to dont know basics of french cuisine but some are disguting but also some are the pinnacle of the western food

There is no such thing as good filet mignon. Anyone that really knows anything about beef would tell you that. Yes, it's tender, but there is no flavor whatsoever, which is why they wrap it in bacon, or cook it in pastry with mushrooms. If you want a great steak, go with ribeye. In France, Au Povre.
Personally, I disagree. I prefer the more delicate flavor of a good filet over a ribeye. A light salt and pepper rub is all I need to make it essentially perfect for my taste.
And yes, Ines is very lovely.
