Compared to the Widowmaker model from the Yeero animation I posted earlier, no. It just looks like a cartoony SFM model.
And you can see his legs in that image. They are spread open, instead of just going straight.
Widowmaker supposed to be blizzard ripoff. She is not that ditaled in original game.

I honestly don't give a shit if they used one hundred or one trillion making the game. If the devs are drinking diamond champagne or eating dumpster burgers. All I care about is it good.

Not particularly. I've seen far worse animations and they aren't punching lower than they usually do but getting those. Eh. The shmup is alright, I've never been a huge fan of the genre and I've honestly never played many anyhow, I would have preferred if I had more extra abilities or if the bosses weren't as spongey. If that is an issue with the genre or this game in a particular, don't know. The tactical game on the other hand. They either need a serious redesign or just drop it and make like more shmup levels or something. It's like smashing two army men together. If you have even a small bit of experience with these types of turn based rpg games, it's mind numbingly easy and ends up being really tedious as well.
I got caught in the hype back when it just was announced so I'll be getting a full version for like 10 bucks so I don't feel screwed over but it could have been more.

Well, They used the kickstarter money to found a proper game studio and start hire actual game devs. That is a money sink. Many game try raise initial cash on kickstarter or similar, then release on early access to get a cash injection. Large game studios under the umbrella of the likes of Ubisoft, EA, Microsoft (whatever), they got them to pick up the bills during development (and then get rushed by same people to release unfinished releases at large with monetizing schemes).
There is also a lot of failed kickstarter projects that never materialized or got enough support to take off at all.
In regard of DC... When you blow up like he did, it would been imho prudent (if that is the right word to use), to invest more into the game related to the level your support increase. I don't really mind creators blow up on patreon and start earn on their invested time and effort, but at some point it might feel like a insult to the backers when you keep trudge along at what feels like snail phase.

Its not forbidden in germany. you just cant by it since steam do not verify your age with actual documents.
If you meant by that that steam is blacklisting porn games in germany, then no. They block them just to avoid dealing with german classification committed who is a buch of out of touch geezers.

A little disappointed about the game as a subscriber
The game sure contain some parts like SLG, STG and h scenes, but the multi elements also become a weak part of the game
For example, the SLG part is not tactic enough when it compares to xcom series, the STG part is weaker when it is compared to the Touhou project series and the h scenes is like some gif and have less freedom than some games in f95 which you cannot choose what acting you will do(like creampie or not)
I think FOW try to make the game have different features but it becomes neither fish nor fowl as every angle of the game has not develop to its original level
