No, I just want people that jump on the "scam bandwagon" to show the recites to back up their claims. If you look at their kicstarter and then look at the early access. What exactly didn't you get so far? Telling people to spend money on games on a pirate site is pointless. If people want to spend or not that is their choice, just as with any other game and creator on this site.

You have people throwing 5 stars and reviews at some 0.1 release on this site due to flashy renders, but at same time bashing down on a early access on steam for not being complete or have all the features in place yet. The biggest issue Subverse got is people overhyped the whole thing.
Things that I understand from it that they overestimate their abilities and hardly underestimated funding that they needed to finish it. There is no baseline to trust them that they will deliver anything they promised to previous backers to new one on EA. Thats facts. Remember, KS promiseed full game, did you got it already? Maybe after few months they decide that they need more money, what then? or soemthing else, theier dog dies and they need more money, or they cant finish it due to giref or had to cut it short.

This is staring to shapeup like dreamworld, but I admint wulf is far worse delusional individual.

I mean...if they didn't finish it, their rep of finishing everything they've ever done would take a hit...so I imagine they don't wanna do that.

lol. If I had a nickel for every time someone here accused me of being an employee xD

Someone's gotta balance out the insane 'this NTR cuck game will never be finished, yet I'm still talking about it here for some reason' crowd.
Idk man, does someone really have to bother defending some company for 30 pages on a porn game piracy forum?

I don't think you're an employee but I do think you could use your time better.

And while the game is not utter trashfire, it's undeniable that it's mismanaged quite a bit. There is very little content for how much was promised, paid and waited for, and the game went between episodic and full release targets like a seesaw, as if they themselves had no idea what was even going on. That by itself warrants criticism.

You don't owe companies your loyalty. They sure as shit do not care about you. You do not get anything by defending people who do not care about you, especially on a piracy forum.

If you don't like FOW being shat on here, just visit their Reddit or Discord. Those places are much harsher in moderation. For better or worse.

Pay for a dev team of 12 people or so, and set them at work for a couple years + whatever else of expenses involved in the project, and see how much you left with.
What kind of an argument is that? You dont have to own a restaurant to say that food you ordered tastes worse than defrosted in microwave. You dont have to know how expensive it is to manage a dev.team if you already paid for a game that is not delivered and sucks.

The thing is half the people here are delusional spoiled brats, who have zero understanding, how developement of a game works. FOW got the chase be like: The stray dog chasing the garbage truck, but this time the dog caught the truck, and now don't know what to do.
The roadmap of their kickstarter implied a tremendous amount of work, but the money kept FlOWing, and they couldn't say no to that. Now either they work till they burn out or make a game that is well below the expectations (khm....Cyberpunk).
Sorry i can't add new stuff to the argument, but in my eyes they are innocent, till porven guilty. But every evidence showing they are (guilty) so far.
On the other hand this can be a No Man Sky, but let's be honest, this is a porn game with wacky humour. Old time erotic games had the balance between tasteful nudity and perverse jokes. This game attract degenarates more than people who try to have fun a more adultish way. This is a lose lose situation.
It is far, far below expectations already. So really don't know what you mean by that. The game should have been done, when they had their first release date.
*whispers* except they're not on patreon, so if they need more time, they're working with whatever money they have. So there's nothing to milk.
They have Steam to milk off from and Kickstarter. Which amounts to the same.

No Man Sky was released as a full game. It wasn't released as a 0.1 early access. If you want to make that comparison, you have to wait until Subverse reach full release.

No Man Sky was overhyped and oversold on features that wasn't even in the game at release. I didn't even visit the Subverse kickstarter page before after I got it on steam, because people was in riots over the game elements. And when checking out their kicstarter, the game elements where described and shown. You got what was displayed.

Imagine if "No Man Sky" got released as early access, and the creators could listen to feedback from the players and react accordingly, rather than do a full release they have to spend a lot of time and effort to redeem themselves on. If "Hello Games/Gareth Bourn" didn't do all this extra work. They reputation as a game studio and developers would been tarnished and follow them to whatever next they would end up make.

The people crying "they took the money and ran".. Doing such in the industry is like knee cap you yourself regarding any future projects. More like they have no fucking idea how early access work on Steam. I bought "Baldurs Gate 3" on early access at release 6th of October last year. I haven't been ridding the creators ass's about "where is the rest of the game" every month after.
I refered to NMS as they somewhat redeemed themselves.... more or less. No need to be salty.

Yeah, but no one need to redeem themselves over a 0.1 early access release. Its when you have the full result you can start swing that hammer around if everything is a total disaster.

There is many games out there that started out on kickstarter and progressed to early access on steam. Heck, you have games on this site, funded through Patreon that also end up on early access on steam. Or/And games that got funded by patreon that end up on steam at a fraction of the cost of what someone have pledged to the creator. Should these creators get crucified over MILKING it? How dare they right?

I've been seeing all this back and forth and wasn't sure which side of the fence I was on so I went to their kickstarter to get some facts and SHIT, funding was 2 YEARS AGO. They promised something by at least July 2019 and this EA didn't come out til almost 2 years later. WTF have they been doing this whole time? It should be further along than this, I would think. At this rate, the game won't be done for about 4 more years.
