I think somewhere between now and 10-14 October is indeed likely if they say early, and then I don't know if the prefer certain days over other days, which also might change the date. And then of course there could also always be a delay still (although personally I think that's unlikely at this stage)

It's torture. They shouldn't announce the release day. I will be dead by that time.
I haven't played the game yet and have been waiting for more content since April : )

Early October is the first day of the month for regular people yes.

I'm not sure it's the same thing for people working in a project with little to none pressure.

Don't get your hopes too high.

Not saying they won't respect their deadline, just saying that we're in an industry (porn game) where it's quite common to have delays.

No, even with the GIFs that are meant to be paired together, they don't have proper flow in the current build. You just hop from one ~20 second GIF to the next where the characters are just warped into different positions - there's no proper transition between the GIFs so it doesn't generate an actual scene that flows properly - hence the "transition animations" I mentioned that would help eliminate the disjointed nature inherent to Pandora as it's currently designed.

Pandora is getting "big" upgrades later on they are saying, such as transitions and even changing camera angles. They havent said much more than that or when though so take it with a HUGE pinch of salt..

That's awesome to hear. I would imagine the transition thing being discussed would really help the scene feel like it has a lot better flow from start to finish. As you said though, probably a good idea to take with a grain of salt.

I'd encourage you and anyone else that says the same thing to go download UE4 and make an animation yourself and see how long it takes to render a 5 second animation. It's very easy to critique from the outside looking in. Even SFM is a challenge to learn (mostly due to how Valve hasn't updated it), and FOW still made films in that engine that was beyond any usual smut.

any1 who holds fow to their own standard can rightfully be underwhelmed by the porn section of the game. every scene compiled is probably still shorter than any of their movies

Well, hate to break it to ya, but what Thrway said earlier is dead-to-rights accurate - when you've got a professional animation and porn studio getting $2M in initial funding, expectations are present and that's not going away. Especially considering what we see some devs here on F95 create on their own in their spare time with no kickstarter funding at all.

Hopefully it'll get better.

well i am not a game dev right i'm just a customere and when i am gone a buy something i expect it to be good now i dont say game is bad is good but sex scenes is just soo basic for a porn game no difference between this one and normal porn there should be more freedom i'm just saying that at least we should able to control camera angles or change position not stuck in a one simple position and loop
