I was one of the black sheeps that didn't make fun of it, due to feeling completely drained from the realization that nothing mattered in the end. And didn't want to finish the other four Shepards that I made and played back from when the original first game came out, only played the MP since then (cause Fury, after unlocking through the lootbox system back then...) Only to completely stop playing the game completely once the Extended Cut was released, using the same Shepard that I finished.
I have to say that they technically got the Mass Effect exploration through the map system, the only other Mass Effect exploration was the first game's mako moments... And all I can remember, that are not part of the main story (or that Station DLC) but the side quests instead, was bland... boring... boosting up and jumping up mountains while being shot at while blasting Geth or Batarians. Granted, if Studio Fow used the money to do this, I would be impressed... for all of ten seconds and wouldn't be surprised if that kind of exploration was just like the run of the mill Mako explorations.
I haven't checked on the other promises to Backers about the Station DLC that those that spent a lot of money for (I only spent enough to get the calender), but they have walked back on the EA... only to walk back on THAT and still hand out the EA, and I still got all the backer stuff so I cannot say I got shafted, but I am waiting to see what the other Backers (if they are around) got to say.
On that note, however, I cannot help but notice that ability to change the Captain's skin color was removed, don't know when that happened though...
Also about that image, I do remember constantly checking the lab (aka spamming it), I never heard any moans and Lily was never missing when that post was being spread around. So I would take that post with a massive grain of salt, and this is coming from someone that was incredibly irked that Studio Fow was withholding a video of theirs (Project Snow) until their twitter page had enough followers, when they were losing them, until Subverse was announced and became known.
