Well said. At this point I'm even getting confused by what is meant by "NTR" and "anti-NTR" lol. But speaking of the actual game, even the main character makes it perfectly clear after you recruit the doctor that she shouldn't get attached to him since there's Demi as well and he just likes fucking. Plus there's all those other women in that Nu Vegas bar he's been with, so how exactly does the game imply that the main character has a "partner"?
Logic doesn't matter to feelings, certain players just can't help but feel "This woman is mine! She doesn't get to fuck other! In fact all women are mine, I can fuck any women but those women can only sex with me!". People want the MC bet the center piece and project themselves into him. I don't really care if they enjoy the media in that way, more power to them, but don't go bothering us if it doesn't go your way.

If you need any more proof look at the "Dim Fool" thing

Imagine if your favorite comedian said he'd been working on his magnum opus comedy sketch for years, and it was gonna push stand up comedy into something as big as the MCU, and you go and the first thing he does his open his twitter feed about something some idiot said to him a month ago.

You had two years to craft the opening lunge of a career defining move that you expect will make you the Call of Duty of American Smut, and somehow you put a not insignificant amount of focus on a literal no one.

All of this kinda feels like a bloated dating simulator. IDK, maybe I'm missing something but it hardly feels worth the bandwidth. It's hard to believe these are the same people who made a SFM where scout laughed in the background as demons ran a train on some ninja girl.
I won't even consider this a dating simulator. I mean the OG anime dating sim from newgrounds had better plot and played better than this. And that was made with flash and paint.

Gee, sure are a lot of self-important posts in this thread. Be nice to each other, we all be pirate allies around these parts. Remember the difference between objectivity and subjectivity.

Objectively, the lack of specific context for individual scenes gives confusion for how the scene started, except for specifically the recruitment scenes so far.
Subjectively, It would be nice if the scenes had specific context. I would like that, and it's a little disappointing there isn't currently more contextual scenes.

Not having information on how most of the scenes started is an objective fact about the game. Past that though we shouldn't project if that's subjectively important or not on other people and insult them over it. Some people might not care about this and enjoy the rest of the game or not for various other subjective reasons.

None of us are inherently better just because we post here. We shouldn't belittle others for liking or disliking aspects of things.

I like all the models, the characters are fun, but the plot is right shit. Pandora should be the gallery feature, not the main way of viewing scenes throughout the game, and as the post above me says, no context on scenes besides recruitments. The space battle gameplay is fun, although the dick ships are fucking annoying, and the ground gameplay is slow as fuck, feels like playing diamond and pearl. Loading times are just as slow. I think i'll just come back to see whats in the new updates for the scenes, maybe for more ship gameplay but the plot is just uninteresting.

one of the problems with the game is that they're trying to be really humorous and it falls flat most of the time. A Gordon Ramsey parody is not funny nor is making fun of the Subverse name controversy that happened. I think the game would be better if they try to take it a little more serious. The gameplay is ok atm, the shmup section is aight, the turn base based battle needs more work on it to make it better.

Hey, are you that VincentValen guy from way back when StudioFOW had a Patreon page (good times, eh)? I'm wondering what you think of the game so far?
Long long ago. I like the story and gameplay so far. I'm not gonna lie, was hoping for more from the Pandora system, but it is only a small sampling of what will likely be dozens more coming, along with several more ladies to recruit. Its a good start, and certainly more than you'd get from any other smut game with a 0.1 launch.

It's fun, a bit choppy but fun!

Thoooough... the sex scenes are like animated gifs with sound and speed adjustment pretty much, someone could easily just upload them as videos to Pornhub and save you the time.

And from what I heard a lot of people donated to help with this game?

Some scenes (like the Recruitment) have context as they occur as part of the story. I can understand why folks may not like the contextless scenes, but I'm wagering now that if they had integrated more scenes in the story, like the mantics, then people would reaaaaaaaaally blow up over having to see them (since they are so paranoid about this game being NTR when it isn't ).

I’m holding off till the full release to play anymore, I’m hoping they take the feedback and make it better instead of letting wither and die but a comment on the discord summed it up pretty well, it was something like when Lily was saying how the captain and her fucked like 4 times in one session and you’re like wait no we didn’t I was out grinding xp and flying a space ship, there’s a big disconnect.

this is what you get when you leave mr Kristoff in charge of PR

Are they actually deleting negative reviews on steam? I could have sworn I saw 7/10 at some point yesterday. Now it's at 9/10 stars lol.

What a bunch of cunts.
Probably because it's a game with a pre release status, there is not much of a point reviewing a game that is not finished. Honestly I would wait for the full released version of the game instead, although it is dissapointing they haven't finished the game yet taking in consideration the amount of money they received and the years they've been working on it.

There so little h animations, any way to unlock them as you progress the game ?
As you progress through the game, you got PP Points to spend on unlocking scenes for the girls. That is how Subverse's "Unlocked through Progression" mechanics. And to play it (the scenes), you got to visit Pandora for it... or the Gallery at the Pub (which comes in later in an update or two).
