I can't be bothered to look through 130+ pages on this forum, but is there a timeline on the Chapter releases or when they hope to complete the full game?

Also, where are saves located?

Don't know. Is it an honest review pointing out the high and lows? is it being 100% objective or just singing it's praises in order to sell the product. Does it play softball in it's criticism or is it hard criticism of the bad parts of the game.

Sorry, I've seen the honest label been applied before while the actual subject is anything but. I have no issues with bias praise but it's hard to take it anything face value. Games like Death Stranding and Cyberpunk received high praises and many just happen to be from people who already have a biased to the creators. And well the turth is one was a glorfied walking simulator and the latter a bug filled fiesta.

Overly positive people like the many in this thread tend to be the most biased so I take any recommendation with a grain of salt. Especially when its from people trying overly hard to make a sell.

Well if you watched yourself the video, you would know if it's biased or not. And someone actually praised Cyberpunk? My YT recommendation was full of people criticizing it, never saw one sucking CPDR.

I think the dude had both valid points, and fair critic of the game. On this site people tend to be overly critical or leaning the opposite direction. There is a middle ground....

I take it that the game will be only sold on Steam for now because payment processors are sketch about dealing with adult games? I just don't get how Steam gets away with it. I know for a fact that porn websites are even using paypal now.

One thing's for certain: This game is definitely not the "Mass Effect" of porn games.
I would hesitate to call it a porn game at this point... the scenes just aren't there, and capping off character quest lines with a 3 min scene isn't good enough.

It is a game that has porn? Sure.
Is it porn with gameplay? Not really.

I bought it when it first came out and honestly I REEALLY love the story and it's a very funny game so far. The dialogue is hilarious and the gameplay isn't that bad. I've never really been a big fan of asteroids style ship fighting or w/e you call it, but it's not that bad. I really like the tactical battles though. Even though it's pretty basic I do enjoy it. Perhaps it's because I just crave anything that's FFT style gameplay lol.

The porn is pretty sparse, and you get the ability to unlock alot of it. Some of the scene are pretty friggen hot, but overall... not THAT "amazing" in my book. I'm sure more will come in time when they release more content. But the thing that I liked most about the game was that it was actually complete on release. I didn't run into one bug, crash, freeze, or glitch. I'm glad they put alot of effort into the game and I look forward to more content. I'm glad I paid for the game because I think this type of content should be supported for sure.

3. They understand the disappointment of the non-existent "sex within the story" kinda thing and now they are addressing it. FOW said that this Devotion quest is going to give us at least 3+ minutes of sex and they claim that the scenes "make their movies look amateurish"
4. You got the Elf Pornstar Elaisha joining your team while they expand the interaction between you and your gang (they mention a more in-depth gifting system, more interaction within the gang, and combat lines)
5. Cause they despise roadmaps, they wouldn't give any concrete estimate as to when the updates roll out. The bugfix is on the way (followed by Elaisha's Act and then Pandora system expansion after that)
6. Next month, they're looking into the modding section of the game -- but first, bug fixing and all that
7. They are hiring new team members (especially those with proficiency in Unreal Engine and C++ coding language (for the game), Blender, and Maya (for animations). So, yeah, if you got those mad skills and you have a Senior rank in it, do not hesitate to put out your resume. They are looking for new members as it is their "first and foremost" focus. Oh, yeah, experience in delivering an AA+ title is a must.

I'm a bit surprised that the next arc is focused on Elaisha and that she is the next waifu to join the crew. I would expect that the Huntress (or fortune) would be the next waifu given the current state of the story.

Well I won't mind, since she is number 2 on my current waifu tier list.

Curious, for those that downloaded the standalone for the mega, how are we suppose to update that? Kinda not to keen on starting over...

Payment processors are okay with vanilla porn. Bestiality, loli, incest, and rape are subjects that'll get a store in trouble with them, though monster rape seems to be in a bit of a gray zone and sites like to side-step the incest thing by prefixing everything with "step-".

I feel like it bears repeating, but Subverse is meant to be a fully-fledged game with porn in it. Game with porn, not a porn game. Also Mass Effect typically just gave us 30 second teases with nothing. So to get 3+ minutes of actual romance and sex? Still gonna be enough to blow that out the water.

And if ya want long movies...then just wait for the game to be done and for them to start making movies again. Hell if Subverse i even more of a success later on, who's to say they won't make films in its universe?

Well Steam unlike say Pornhub, is actually willing to go through the adult section and remove what would be considered illegal content. Pornhub just didn't feel like doing the work and just nuked everything that wasn't from a verified user.

And if you read the diary update, you know they're still working on their own website to sell the game, its just taking a bit more than they predicted.
