Far as I know Valve never made any adult games
Steam is just a distribution platform that allows distribution of games with adult content. The quality and standard of said games come down to whoever make them. If Subverse end up make it good (sales), then more game studios might start take a gander at the genre with somewhat more serious effort.

I love when other game dev trying to bring down a much better developer team then himself
he's talking about the billion vanilla sex/adult VNs from japan and west on steamFar as I know Valve never made any adult games
they are vanilla as in they have basic sex stuff, like straight/lesbian/sometimes gay
nothing extreme or hardcore like mind break/beasty/etc
boy, this is one of the biggest dissapointment after cyberpunk. whats with these highly renown game studio/studio for their respective works releasing such underwhelming products. i had high hopes for subverse because its studioFOW, cmon, them people making crazy shits like kunoichi series, bioshag and those high standard LOL porn parodies, with over 1 mill kickstart funds, i thought they could do better ((

last year all the devs that i followed for their adult game content underdelivered
every single one of them
i wont be taken as a fool, so naturally i cut my support to them
you're missing the point....
it means the normies at steam are used to low quality H stuff
so you can throw barebones shit at them, they'll consume it happily

wait fr ? they actually use that as an excuse ? shits unforgivable man, im not even a backer but i felt betrayed already. Was planning to buy it on steam but after seeing this release i might decide to pass
lol fuk those guys who make fallen doll they wanna force that shitty harem mode, plus they are super pro drm.
fun fact a lot of the members who make fallen doll actually work as game devs at big AAA game publisher. i think it was ubisoft

You wont have to pay in the future unless they make a "deluxe edition" with other stuff that you can buy if you want. I dont know anything about their update schedule
I don't think their work require to be physically in contact, they should be able to work at home and keep distance.
