Uhh no. Subverse never had a Patreon page. Studio FOW had a patreon page for several years, which they used to fund their movies from around 2014-2018, but Subverse itself was never on Patreon. They got kicked off of Patreon months before they released thier last movie in late 2018, and Subverse only came into production after that.Dude.... This game did opened up on Pateron, cuz I was fucking there where it happened dude! It hardly gotten any attraction at all when it was on Pateron, then when they put the game on KickStarter, it was then the game gotten attraction then dude! And for your information, I use to be a lurker on the internet for a very very very long time, before I desided to become talktive on it, years afterwards, so I knows what in the Hell was going on with shit on the internet, way before I became vocal of about things, that started affected the things that I consumed as a consumer, and seeing the stuff that I loved being destroyed because of some PC shit....
Source Film Maker, the program all these people started on before they made FOW, only came out in 2012. And SFM porn didn't start to get popular until 2014. SFM isn't even 9 years old, and the people in FOW hasn't even been animating that long, let alone 20 years. That same shit you just said, CAN BE SAID TO ALL OF THOSE GOD AWFUL TRIPLE A GAMES AND THEIR DEVS AS WELL, That should never ever be a use to use as a fucking lame ass excuse at all, none what so ever! No one should never ever uses that lame ass excuse at all, none! It just gives other a fucking Free Pass IF they do and doesn't forces them to become better over time, and also Studio FOW are the people in it, before they named themselves Stuido FOW, has been around for 20 fucking years, yes they have been around that fucking long!
It's the end of the early access content.just wanted to ask is there not any more content after defeating the huntress?
Issue isn't the prebuilt assets really. Studio FOW could have handcrafted the ships and it wouldn't have changed people's enjoyment of the game. There are dozens of fully flushed out Xcom and Bullet Hell/Shmup combat systems as assets accross the unity and unreal webstores. They demo'd combat in this form as prerelease footage and marketing material before true "work" on the game even started. So like their ingame enemies said in such a lolsorandom 4th wall fashion, everything but the FOW models is prebought stuff they're cobbling together into a game.
If they didn't, they should have. Might have cut down on the 2 years of devhell before being forced to release to keep the lights on. If their extra special 12 man teams coders did all this inhouse, it's pretty shit and looks exactly like they stripped down something from the assetstore into the most barebones of space/ground combat system.
Only design philosophy on display is "It's a porngame, who cares about combat progression" with the zero difficulty, pointless upgrades, and completely broken clear rating system. If it isn't a prebought asset Why is there a clear rating at all. It isn't tracked anywhere, it has no bearing on payout of money or PP points, and planets aren't repeatable. Occam's razor, it's present in the prebought assets and no one connected it to the larger game design. It's just hanging there as a vestigial limb giving you Gold while clearing ground combat despite losing several characters or bronze in every random ship combat. You wouldn't code this in, you'd just put a "Success" rubber stamp at the end of levels, if you weren't working with someone elses assets. Which is worse, gross incompetence or asset flipping? Considering this is the "strong" part of the game.
They get zero points for what someone else made before the game was a twinkle in FOWs eye working as intended, but lose a lot that it doesn't.
6 Month might be a bit short.Oh this is finally out, I remember hearing of this game, and quick google shows article written online May 2/2019 says they were being funded on kickstarter: "After initially asking for £150,000 (approximately $195,000 USD) to build Subverse's full 10 chapters, the Kickstarter surpassed its final £1 million stretch goal by earning £1,668,626 (or approximately $2.1 million USD)."
This had alot of hype, reminds me about star citizen/no mans sky/cyberpunk but only hello games has really redeemed their respect and CDPR is currently on the path too.
This game had enough funding but this is very far from being great.. Its worth watching but maybe 6 months will do it some good.
I just did chief and i've been clicking on dialogue bubble and nothing happens.Just get your hand out of your penis.
It should work.
Did you try pressing C?I just did chief and i've been clicking on dialogue bubble and nothing happens.
Note:here is my recording to prove my stuckness atm
Results matter though... not some circle-jerking praising the game for what it will be...For those that keep argue what kind of game it is, the 21 min mark here would possible interest them.
Acronym's op.Not really asking much for anything... But uh... Would there be GOR in the future, by any chance?
Circle jerking? I take that as you got no idea who Kristoff is then...Results matter though... not some circle-jerking praising the game for what it will be...
A dev saying what their own game will become is circle-jerking?Results matter though... not some circle-jerking praising the game for what it will be...
A dev saying what their own game will become is circle-jerking?
Also if results matter, why are so many people just writing it off now when its just a 0.1. Maybe watch it complete first?
