Because it got mentioned several times in this thread: the german government didn't ban the game (and other XXX titles), Steam took them down without an explanation. They probably fear that their age verification system isn't strict enough for those games and would cause problems sooner or later.

Paying with visa, mastercard, on steam should been age verification good enough. Steam shouldn't need to act as parental control. PARENTS should...

I agree. And that's the case right now for nonsexual 18+ games like Resident Evil, Wolfenstein etc. My guess is Valve is afraid they will provoke a new rule for XXX games that then will cover all 18+ games.

I think it's more that they don't want to start roll over for every country out there that want to impose their "laws" on them. If they roll over for this, what would be next?

Well, you don't even need a VPN, one can just manipulate the Country-Token by invoking the Developer Konsole via F12 and change it to something that is not Germany and et voila see all the blocked games.

im at work from 9AM to 7PM
will take me 2-3 days to download the game, because there are no torrents. Then it will take me 40-60min to reach a point in the game where i can hack everything without tutorials getting in my way (unless someone has a save mid-game they can share). Then about 2-3h to hack the game.

Everything except health can easily be changed with Save Editor (XP level, Devotion, PP, Credits, Bio, Tech) and since you can skip every mission after three failures health isn't that important anymore (just saves some time). So you might want to rethink if it's worth it.

I don't understand this game, these guys are known for super hardcore over 30 minute videos of gangbang and animals and what not. yet they focus on this game that no one likes for some reason because people keep arguing the combat and overall game isn't good enough. so why put out only short looped gifs? the porn aspect is what they were best known for. why does it suffer for a game that people only complain about?

This is a major problem in almost every adult-game developer. They spend too much time and resources on gameplay and forget the main selling point.

They opted to release the game in 'chapters' instead of delaying it even more. Now that they got over one million dollars from kickstarter, they are stuck to developing this until the end.

If you're a FOW fan then you'll know what to expect. They talk about waifus and etc, but it's not. It's just an excuse to throw together a bunch of sex scenes (which are VERY short loops). I've yet to figure out why the Captain exists. The girls seem to do just fine without him, and that's why it sux. Cause you're supposed to be able to interpose yourself onto the Captain, but he's so useless he doesn't even get an avatar for the ground combat. He's supposed to be in the F3nix, but... yeah... no.

The in-game Exposition (Soooo much boner-killing exposition) alleges he's right there fighting, but you pick a "waifu" (more like casual fuck-buddy) and three mantics. NO captain.

The game is trying to be funny (like Deadpool), but interrupts the actual game for needless exposition. The combat quickly becomes so hard you'll forget it's a porn game. So hard it's not worth the 3 second loops of porn.

The Captain says in CANON he doesn't want to get cucked, but half the scenes in PANDORA are his "Waifus" getting boinked by every penis EXCEPT his. That's NOT a waifu.

For better sex scenes, I recommend the devs download the top rated on this site and get some inspiration. Or use some of the loops of their OWN animations and make longer in-game sex cinematics.

Ela wants sex in the grand council room and we're barely able to get a stiffy before we're thrown into a long battle royale. I've seen a werewolf eat a girl's butthole, FOW. You couldn't be bothered to make an actual sex cinematic there, FOW? The whole chapter was leading up to this sex scene! The WHOLE chapter! Get a few seconds of the same loop and a LONG battle.

I can't wait for that three color ending. Which will probably be a mass orgy. Not a harem ending of the Captain being pleasured endlessly, but him being thrown to the background while the girls are taken by anything with a phallus. Right before the credits roll, the Captain (unseen up to this point) will pop up and declare his joy, like he had anything to the orgasms...


I wish they'd spend more time making sex scenes (not the pandora) instead of Starcraft 1 talking heads.

I agree with everything you wrote. I didn't trust them and wanted to wait and see. What they'd bring to the table before buying the game. I'm glad I didn't and it looks like I never will. Why couldn't they just be honest? It's a game for cucks that are into bestiality. They should sell it as Cuckverse. No one would be confused and angry and they could build a fanbase from people who are into the cucking aspect. The women are not waifus as you noted. The game doesn't look like, it'll ever really cater to that fantasy. That the MC is so distant even in the actual gameplay. Is so far removed, from what it should, have been.

It was staged that the Pandora system would be updated sometime AFTER this release.

so if you were expecting anything monumentally different in such a short amount of time, you didn’t read the dev diaries.

and it bears repeating that it’s a game first, that has to be rock solid, the smut could easily be redone based on feedback, but the story and gameplay has to be there first.
