I think I have the fix.
Extract this attached zip file and copy and replace the text file with the one at the "CSV\Card".
Start/Restart your game and try next stage again.

No prob!
If you're curious as to what happened:
Judging from your globalsave.txt file, you're playing the May 12 version of the game, but your CSV/Card files are using an older version for some reason. I am not sure if you're going to run into the same issue again, but I recommend creating copy your current CSV file for your current mods and then replacing your current CSV with a fresh May 12 version.
I am just starting the game, is it recommendable to install mods before passing the story?
And another question, the translation patch is not working, right? Since it only generates MTL that takes seconds to translate the text with the two versions of the game, the patched and the unpatched equally.
I couldn't quite replicate your win rates but it's probably in part my subpar playing and on the other my subpar leveling (I mostly played a level 38 character). I found the most success with a modified version of the Water-deck (still has the Spirit Tree to deal with Sylvia - here it's of course useless):
More powerful, less consistent than my earlier versions, but I came to the conclusion that vs. harder opponents (well, mostly Sylvia and Eiraira) Hiding doesn't actually really work all that well; Eiraira blows them up and Sylvia removes your graveyard. Drawing Food Chain after both Boy Captains sucks and so does drawing the Boy Captain you wanted from Food Chain off the discarded Pirates or Wakatsuki Believer, but I don't think there's really that much you can do about it other than play around it and try and avoid risky discards. And occasionally Boy Captain can't activate due to running out of Pirates (though Poseidon reshuffles your library quickly enough at least to reactivate your cards).
I do like that getting a turn 1 Boy Captain going is always valuable though but this does suck on 6000/1000 since you often play two Ocean Voyages to draw cards off Boy Captain (vs. General Guud not needing it and letting you play without it after T1) and the damage really adds up. This does sadly get some more clunkers; a hand with Hiding and General Guud isn't good but it's passable, while a Food Chain + Boy Captain + Poseidon hand does nothing (so higher chance of losing to low level opponents). Kinda like Eiraira's deck actually - it's really powerful when it works, but occasionally just has a bunch of cards doing nothing (much like the Hunter Wind deck I built earlier too - higher win rate vs. high level opponents but not 100% in almost any match-up - a hand like Food Chain, Food Chain, Tsunami, Boy Captain, Poseidon is just miserable).
There was a poll on his ci-en site that was about working on the next part or finishing the current game and the latter won. This means he is currently working on implementing the tavern, the school and the other events that were not implemented but mentioned in the game.

thank you. Also rn i'm trying to fight the girl that used angels and clerics but i'm getting cooked. I keep seeing that new cards are in the shop but I cannot see anything. are we supposed to be able to beat the girl or we need to buy better cards and my game is bugged?
After putting work into it, I have an updated translation that I'll like to share now.
The biggest accomplishment is the completion of the main story and all card effects/descriptions, so you will be able to play through the main game without an auto-translator. This does not include most H-scenes and battle dialogue however.
The patch is meant for the current May 25th release, but you should be able to use this for any version after May 5th (or the one that reworked the Reminisce Galleries and added the Encyclopedia and Animation Gallery).
I have added a README that you can follow to apply the translation patch, but the quick notes are:
If you have at least the May 12th version (which I think was the last one that was posted here), You can copy the CSV file in either ParadoxLuka-Focus-Translation or Official-Focus-Translation and replace the CSV in your game's directory (if this will be your first time starting succubusduel.exe yet, open succubusduel.exe first or you'll rewrite the CSV files). Then, in the title screen, select Language -> English.
If you have an older or future version, you can copy the English folder in CSV\Language of either ParadoxLuka-Focus-Translation or Official-Focus-Translation and replace the English folder in the CSV\Language in the game's directory. That will translate ~95%, and you can follow the HOTFIX_README in the Hotfix folder to get the rest. Then, in the title screen, select Language -> English.
The README details all the work done so far, but some things I'd like to highlight:
I have incorporated GiratenaTranslations for parts that I haven't done yet, and I have two versions you can use (ParadoxLuka (mine) or Official (GiratenaTranslations)) in case you prefer to use one or the other. They're both combined translations, but one prioritizes one work over the other if there is an overlap.
Because I feel bad for using another's work especially when I didn't ask for permission before hand, I plan to do my own translations over the parts that the official has done but I haven't yet, but that's most likely will be once everything that is possible is translated.
Also, I fixed some bugs that exist CSV scripts (which are just text and visual bugs that don't impede game progress).
This translation patch uses the in-game Language function of the game unlike my last one that modify all the non-language CSV files. This will make it easier for me to transfer my work over to any future versions and for you to apply any new translation patch.
Unfortunately, I had modify some non-language CSV files in order for the language function to translate them and to fix the aforementioned bugs.
The remaining parts I have to do are:
H scenes (defeats, game overs, and Erotics).
In battle dialogue such as masturbation, begging, and plea for life scenes.
Any future event that they'll add or allow for translations.
My main focus for now is working on H scenes, Cardmaster dialogue, and refining my current script.
I seem to have the most trouble when translating/writing erotic content, so this next (possibly last) leg may take awhile.
Just like last time, somethings I want to keep in mind:
This is a solo hobby effort with no editor, and I am heavily relying on DeepL when doing this so expect grammatical errors and mistranslation.
I take liberties with my translations.
This is not a commitment of a full translation (ignoring the stuff that can't be translated), but I'll keep on with this as long as I have the drive and interest to do so

The nun? She's really easy to beat if you can take out her angels as they come out. If you can't, then within a turn or two she will boost their atk and hp by thousands.

I was able to beet her. now we beat our friend that turns into a succubus. how tf are we supposed to beat her. the phantom thief girl and the clown are op. Like the phantom thief ignores all my guys and does 800 - 1100 damage to me directly. And we cannot target her. Are we sure we are not supposed to upgrade our deck ?
