dang, I just discovered this game today and it happened to had a potential "Abandoned" status recently?
I hope the dev comes back, I'm starting the 1st game soon and I wanted to have the sequel on-hand ready to play

i mean they did complete succlence so yeah as much as i do understand frustration with him being slowthat is just jumping the gun if he did thats scummy af but in my eyes its hard to tell
Hey, do you have any recs for similar games like succulence?
I have played a few like Curse of Pleasure and Valient Astrid but I would like to know if there's more games out there like these.

the first game or any game is never a proff that the dev is going to do the same things, they literally left the second ones.
as you see on succulence (1)
they rushed the game to be finished when the attention is high
then he give little progress on succulence 2 when that happen
and leave us all for some year til now

Just stopping in to bring a few smiles. Been making my own poses for the graphics on the remake. I wanted it to get as much special attention as possible. I wanted to gauge opinions. I worked really hard to make this "sleeping on the train" pose to look as real and natural as possible. Let me know what you think (this is only an example.)

Nah. The game was abandoned that first time. The tag was taken down through a vague technicality, it should've stayed branded this way. That non-update "rebroadcast" release should not have taken it down.

[R]Nest had some interesting ideas, but not enough love for the game. At least that's how he made it seem. I want to put in as much work as I can to give everyone another Succulence experience.

Great to see your still at it, its looking great man. Last expression looks quite serena like too, not over exaggerated and working very well with the clothing/expression limitation HS brings. The 4th wall narration i don't think i have seen much of or at least very rare in games and honestly might give it a interesting & fresh spin.

As long as you keep posting or shit you finally get a thread for the game her on f95 I'll surely keep up and give any input whenever you update. Thanks again lucky to have someone with passion and talent like you that is willing to make a new succulence experience because I truly enjoyed the first game.

All this guy did after he completed his first game was scam, lie, deceive, and continue to start and then abandon the work on his second game. A perfectionist that is deeply disturbed. Dev is probably an autist with at least a minor psychosis and a heavy OCD that forces him to "perfect" things.

The narration was just something I stuck on there for humor and in case people didn't remember the punks on the train that would screw with her if she fell asleep on the early train. I felt just popping images up wasn't fun enough.Great to see your still at it, its looking great man. I intend to expand some of my favorite parts of the game that get overlooked in the grand scheme of things, like the encounters on the train to work.
[R]Nest took down that Patreon project page himself. If it had been removed by Patreon it wouldn't lead you to the creator, only a page that lists in bold type "This Page Has Been Removed." Patreon does not only take a page down, but removes the account involved with it.
Translation: [R]Nest took the money and ran. After missing the deadline he gave to his patrons after the "rebroadcast" release he was rightfully bombarded by hate from his shrinking list of patrons until he said screw it and deleted the project page.
I think the perfectionist part is right at least.
When it comes down to it I think [R]Nest functioned best as an idea man and got frustrated with himself when trying to implement his ideas, more than likely deleting files out of anger. It more or less confirms the theory that someone else was in play coding that first Succulence.
Anyways, folks. Thanks for the overwhelming support. I continue my long process of working on my remake. I'm learning about doing short animations ,so I'll be back before too long with maybe an animation test.
