the game itself tells you that you can continue to live as normal and take ending 1 or 2 as the truth, but even those endings point to everything not being 'right', which ending 3 addresses.

you're missing the guide linked on page one of the thread. Third ending starts with the recollection menu and the guide tells you what you need to have and do.
Nope, when I go to the recollection there is still the business man on the third door, saying I'm 11/12 and missing 1 ending, so I can't progress from the recollection point.

You shouldn't lose your save file (back it up just in case) and it includes bug fixes.

I finished the game. And didnt pay any attention to the date. Its the most critical thing for ending discussion. The most important thing is Does all succubuses even existed? The time when he tried to anaylze the situation is equal he muttering to himself in hallucinations.
Edit: Oh yeah, now I remember. The witness claimed the victim talked to someone at entrance door but they coudnt see who the victim talk to. Yup confirmed. The succubuses aint even existed. aaaaaaaaa

Finally completed the game and I have to say, that I liked the ending a lot. It was a refreshing change of pace for once. Instead the typical happy ending when they fuck till kingdom come, here, not only you have a more realistic conclusion of what should happen in that kind of situation but also a dark twist to justify it. Also, since you need to complete everything to access the true ending and this original conclusion, you won't be blue balled by it.

So I'm working on a second set of fixes for this game. (v1.03.02)
Oh and since I missed it, there are 3 spots where you can enjoy the 100 ladies:
- Updated translations (better grammar, consistent coloring, MTL on event names, switches, variables, and some labels)
- Improved help text (there's about 70 different items Kagura did not translate that would have explained the consequences of your menu choice)
- Image fix (mission 2 image has the wrong quota)
- Window overlap fixes
- Cut off text fixes
- Changing ice cream to pudding, as that makes more sense with the story line
- Removing default for choices at critical junctions so you don't accidentally select an answer when just trying to get the next line of dialog
