Saw in patch notes 8 that you could change the pregnancy duration once pregnant, was this feature removed at some point? I don't see anything of the like for my character in the phone.
Edit: Adding this for people in the future. Even if your character is lactating, they don't know they're pregnant without taking a pregnancy test. And if they don't know you can't edit the speed of your pregnancy. So in order to do anything pregnancy related you need to take a pregnancy test. This also means that for those who don't want to see any pregnancy content, just don't take the test and no matter how many days you pass, it'll seem like nothing happened other than a note in your profile and occasionally milking yourself.

The walkthrough says about the "Hiro date Jenny" path: "If you didn't have sex with Hiro, Jenny will tell you that she is now in a relationship with Hiro and found out about the bets you both did. She asks you if you want to keep doing bets with both of them (Possible threesome event)"

I mostly enjoyed this. It has quite a few things to do for such a low version number. However, I don't like that there doesn't seem to be anyway to save Hiro from being turned into a girl while staying on the sub path. And the dom path isn't very interesting. I think the dom path could be interesting if you could get control of your stepfather's inventions and use them to optionally change yourself back to a boy and then use them on other people. But if that's the plan, it's not in the game yet.
I found it to be pretty easy. Literally all you have to do is watch the action movie. Action movie locks you out of romance route and lets you pick bets after the scene where the new game happens. Avoid the romantic movie and that's it.

More on this, it can even happen even before Hiro's introduction. For me it happened on Day 2.
