2-How to catch Annie sleeping on the bench

2-There is special birthday scene with the new update, still trying to figure that out
3-As far as I can tell it's not repeatable
4-From what I can tell from the walkthough and the contents of the picture folder, there's no more missions for Sparrow, and if you ask her, she'll keep telling you she has nothing new for you.

Last version I saved in the gallery room so I started from there and that's where Miranda birthday scene is. It seems unfinished, MC can kiss and grope Miranda before they head out for her birthday and that's when the scene ends.

I tested out your theory and after catching one fish of each, used the an editor to increase their quantity to 99 each.
Sold all to Annie and nothing happened.
