exactly brother how many times do I have to reject a girl in this game

before they get the point that I'm not interested

I only focus on Eve but the other girls act like they're obsessed with MC every update

and it doesn't help that sometimes the MC still thinks about the other girls regardless of my choices to reject

Yeah either make the game harem, or only have one girl, or just don't guilt trip.
The problem is the devs get in their mind Mia is a long-term friend, you are supposed to like her, but then fail to understand they are all new to us, and we have no established friendship or feelings for her.

Saying that, I think everyone knows what someone means when they call a mature woman a MILF, there's no double-checking that they've ever had children before being allowed to use the term. Otherwise we're resorting to WOMAILF (Woman of Maternal Age I'd Like to Fuck).

Seems like you already made your pick? Mia's a safe bet I suppose (but so should any other of the main girls). But no worries, there isn't that much content (or tough/hard decisions) yet. When the new update comes (months from now) you can also decide to start from the beginning again. (Note that images you unlock are kept in the game's persistent file, so you won't loose those when starting over.)

Maybe they did later, in a way? She is in every MC centered flashback so far. I think it's them trying to establish "their" relationship. They are going about it the wrong way thou, I think. A few flashbacks of moments in their lives isn't going to make the players fall in love with her. She's a pretty dead fish in her present time scenes and that matters way more.
