Go to page 77 and there is a patch for this.... just apply it and it will be gone...

The (fan translated) base Japanese game is 32bit. The official English game and newer are 64bit, this wasn't one of the games that came with both a 32 and 64bit version.

The game in the opening post has the English DLC, the uploader just didn't change the title.

I'd like to know something... Has the base game been replaced with a new "better" version?
Because I heard that the loading screens are not as lengthy as they used to be.
I'm still using NTLEAS to play Summer in English. And buying the translated game through VISA is no longer an option apparently.
