I don't think those are enough for a 'school setting' tag, the uniform can be simply a cosplay thing, some games have school uniform as a sexy clothes option or something like that.
maybe if an school was involved then the tag was justifiable?

At the end of the day the only thing that matters regarding tags is asking "Would this game be what a person explicitly searching the 'school setting' tag is looking for?". I'm leaning towards "No".

It doesn't have a real english translation though.
i have v1.01 so if i want to update to 2.02 or new version i gonna download ver 2.01 install or can anybody guide me im so confusing

There's no DLC for the English 1.01 game, right now it's is only for the Japanese one. Linked right above or here.
I had a looksy at the 2.02 Bepin version. Currently really janky imho. As soon as you unlock more options, they turn into 50/50s in which they either soft or hard lock the game. At this point it's not playable for me, unfortunately.
