For anyone who is interested, this is the save file for the alpha project his making,
Save 1, no skill
Save 1, only the first few skills including the "decrease energy/lust" and "slient", cause the others are buggy but it works, use this for rng character spawn
Save 3, all 3 characters are in the house, working skills
Other then that have fun with the alpha.

You are probably playing the vanilla version, those scenes were added in the DLC/Append. Basically, the original version had 2 scenes per sub-heroine, but the append added more scenes for them. After you clear their story and watch the first 2 scenes, you have the option to spend time with them or give them stuff to raise their affection, once they reach a cap, you'll have to wait for a trigger that is usually around noon/afternoon and sometimes at night, once you see the scene you raise affection again and wait for the trigger.

So, I've been getting several messages asking me to repost the MOD I posted in the quote above, and I won't do it, because I don't have to, I don't know what you guys were doing but the MOD works perfectly fine with both the Kagura and current GOG versions that are provided in the OP. And I know that because I just tested it.
*Just download the things in the pictures attached
*Unpack both files
*Place WWW folder inside Summer memories folder, it will ask you to replace a lot of files, replace them and done
*Now just play the game or copy your saves from another version (they might not work if they're from a modded version)
Don't apply the MOD to any other modded version or it will not work. Use an original version from Kagura/Steam/GOG.

Just to be clear, this is just swapping out images, right? I only found www/img in the archive posted.

I'm afraid it doesn't work with your MOD. It crashes before it even shows the title screen. I tested it just now.

I know, different encoding keys. I'm starting to pull apart both jujarpg and the RedNoodlePanda mods. Both are just images. I'm building a proper plugin that allows users to turn alternative images on and off, and I'm trying to classify various changes.
For example, from the jujarpg mod I have X Ray and Shower Door pulled out.
As for the RedNoodlePanda mod, it seems to be:
- Miyuki - Adding Freckles
- Yuri - Making hair purple
- Rio - Tattoos and nipple piercings
These two mods are not normally compatible, especially the purple hair. This will cause inconsistent hair coloring when enabled with jujarpg mod. I'm going to see what I can do because the Miyuki changes are only really seen on larger images. I'll also need to check it is compatible with the images I created as well.

What does it do? Adds nipple piercings and tattoos to all Rio CGs and sprites. TAADAA. It just seemed to go with her personality, plus I kinda put myself in the game. Miyuki on the other hand gets freckles and textured nipples to make her look more unique and mature. Yui got super vibrant purple hair, across all her CGs and sprites. Oof. That girl has a lot of files.
As for jujarpg:
- Changed Yuri 69 to doggy
- Made shower door more see through
- Added x-ray
- Changed BJ perspective (censored)
- Changed TJ perspective
- Made all secondary character animations to 3+-some (despite it not making sense)
- Changed outfits to micro-bikinis in some cases
- Rio Naked BJ/HJ animations
- Porn on TV
Still checking for anything else. I know the image said made boobs bigger, but so far I'm not seeing that.
