The kid in the game might be one of those notorious 1000 year old shotas.
But jokes aside, I don't think anyone is or has developed a mod that increases his penis length/size because I think nobody really sees it as a problem or has a desire for that change. Most mods only change the girls appearance and their sex positions.

Yeah, the game itself states that all characters are at least 18. So give no second thought to the way Boku acts, the way all characters treat him, the difficulty of his homework, some girls mentioning the age gap they have with him despite their young looks or the picture diary. He's 18 your honor..... I swear..
