Not possible in this game, but there's a ng+ where you can play with everything unlocked from day 1
If you use you can click the calendar in the kitchen to replay the current day as many times as you want (keeping your progress) so you can make the game work pretty much like that.

There's one, fan-made port of course, is playable but is kinda laggy sometimes and you need sometimes to press the "speed up" botton (purple circle in the right top part of the screen) to slightly reduce it, i will recommend playing the normal pc version
this game with the 100% safe file is like the best hentai game I've ever played... holy shit....
