Two things: 1. You'd need to max out all their affection stat (you probably already did this)
2. You need to unlock the foursome skill. Do that by having the sisters find out that you've been banging the other then after the sisters, get the mom to notice too. (You need to make sure you've reach the requirement of having sex with each before doing so)

For some of the girls you'd need to sleep with them at night too Miyuki is the one I remember doing this for.

I just discovered the coward and the LTG mods but I am unable to find a way to download them, links posted to download them seems to be dead. Can anyone help me?

Thanks to HeroinKIds, I was able to get my hands on the coward and LHG mods, however both of them were made in Korean. So, I made a MTL for the mods, its not good but it gets the job done in trying to understand some context.

(Just download the file and play, the mods are already installed)

Also feel free to fix anything in the MTL.

In Kagura's home page, the two developers that appear saying how good Kagura is at locating games are Acerola and Dojin Otome, so I guess they would give preference any game coming from those 2.
