Just started playing.
Scene with doctor seemed strange. Someone like Mia is not on contraceptive pill and doesn't even know how to get get a morning-after pill. Who takes their clothes off to get a pill? Even if size and how deep is actually required, you point out on the device (looked like glass dildo) instead of letting someone fuck you with it. Why is she suddenly so stupid and gullible?

Rename the 4 acts of the game
Obviously keep Summer with Mia,but add
Winter with Mia,Spring with Mia and Autumn/Fall with Mia.

The interesting part of making that kind of stuff (sharing/cucking) optional will remove half or less of the content and i am speaking generally not specifically for this game which the devs worked hard for and that might not do the justice that's why you will come up with games that still didnt implement the optional feature.If the dev made 1000 renders and 200 containing the good part if you cut in half..poof the good game time just reduced to half of its original content.
