Everything seems to indicate there's a chance the throuple can fail depending on the choices the MC made. If you choose to tell Derek you have feelings for either of them after either they rejected you or you rejected them, there are some scenes later where both girls still have feelings for you, so in the future choosing one of them might be a choice.
That being said, the situation with Maja and Vic is different: There were originally sisters and I dunno if Ocean plans to keep it that way. I'd assume that unlike NIKA
, Maja would feel weird to have such a close contact with Vic, even if it's indirect.

As for sex, it was stated since the BEGINNING of the game that this VN will focus on world building and characters.
There's even a splashscreen when you launch the game that informs you there's no sex scene yet.

There isn't any Q&A afaik but imo the best way to check possible repetitive questions is Discord and use the search function.
I think we'll get a bit of this and bit of that in chapter 5.

There was a two-week time skip in CH 1 between the visit to see Vic in the hospital and the start of college.
I don't see how we can get progression through the BB season and LI development without more strategically placed time skips.
