Maja and Sasha character development is a little weird, i always say that i will keep an eye on Vic and accept to carry her burden with her, Maja in the beginning seems grateful and more open offering the MC help, then after the night in Vic house in the morning she starts all bitchy again like nothing happened before.
Sasha is the same, after the class where she helps MC with exercises and i save her from a basketball in the head she even smiles and stuff, then in the book meeting she s all bitchy too, like the MC is some kind of criminal, i assume at some point Sasha was attacked by a man and injured in the face, that s why she despises men, but she already knows the MC, and at least in my playtroughs i always have good interactions with her, i even forgive Robin and she seems all happy.
These two are weird.
This game is fire and all, but some scenes feels they need a path to make sense.
And it appears the manwhore Nika is the one the dialogues felt organic (for me ofc)
Maybe is that?

Looking forward to some Zara time. She grew on me over Ch. 5. As did Nia. The end of her scene was heartbreaking.
Bella is still uncontested #1 of course but the constant shitting on each other gets a bit stale by now I think. I don't get why she is so dead set on staying "casual" for now because she doesn't make any kind of moves on anyone else, ever (at least that we know of) so what's in it for her?
As my story went we'll only stay at Nicks for a few weeks before moving in with Mila and Nami + X. Although we all know that "a few weeks" are years in Ocean time. I really hope his plans of hiring a guy to do the coding again works out and development speeds up considerably.
I'm unsure if the book club subplot and introducing even more potential LIs with one fell swoop is a good direction to take. Many of the original ones didn't have any time in the spotlight at all yet and the archetypes seem to overlap a bit. Sasha seems to be the next S1 Bella now. And there's suddenly a whole bouquet of Milfs to choose from. Is this gonna turn into a BaDik situation where you either choose to be faithful to a main girl or sleep around with the side girls?

Yeah, we're simply gonna have to disagree on this one. Visual quality aside, Regium's version of the story was superficial at best, and unbelievable at worst. As a case in point, it took until the current Ch 5 to remove that utterly ridiculous Marla shooting event, a legacy from Regium's version.
I don't like the gun scene either, but why are you blaming Regium? The script for SG was made by Ocean, Regium only followed it.
I don’t understand MC’s problem anymore, when he thinks about Summer, everything works, then for some reason it stops working. Once Nami rubs against MC, everything starts working again. If MC suffers from impotence, then even with dreams of Summer, nothing should work for him. This all looks far-fetched. If he was worried about this problem, MC would go to the doctor for pills. Why didn't Nojiko bring him pills from work?
Since I started talking about Nojiko, she is also very strange. She works as a doctor in a hospital, since she was able to cure Zara’s father, whom other doctors could not help, then she is one of the best specialists. Doctors get a lot of money, it’s not a problem for them to buy a house like Bella’s, but specialists like Nojiko should get even more money. So why does MC say that their family has no money? Why do they live in a house for the poor? They must have a lot of money.
Well, the last thing I don’t understand is the new girls. Ocean in season 1 should introduce us to the characters. But instead he constantly adds new girls. At the beginning I added Sasha’s friends, a brunette and a redhead, we meet them in the corridor when we go on an excursion to an educational institution. They are stunningly beautiful, but until now we don’t even know their names. Then we are told about the women's basketball team, which we have yet to meet, and we should not forget that MC will go to the yoga club where there are only girls. Next, the MC is locked in handcuffs in the women's locker room where we meet many girls. And finally, we go to the reading club, where there are also a lot of girls. Is Ocean going to bombard us with female characters? I just don't understand how he's going to fit this into a game consisting of 32 chapters. If the MC communicates with everyone, then even 100 chapters will not be enough.
It seems that Ocean has begun to rework his script, and now the number of LI is not clear.

Even though there are a bunch of hungry cougars in the book club scene, I guess it's meaning is bigger than just a possible source of the new flings for the MC, it's secondary. Much more interesting is the acquaintance with the high society of the city, various conversations that are clearly of great importance for the further plot and which the MC overheard. And his discovery that not everything is as simple as he (and the players) thought about the people around him, that every female character has their own secrets, Noji, Amber, Katie, Sasha - they are all hiding something from the MC. And he, as we know, is a very curious guy. ;)

I think Bella's set on being casual, for the same reason she kept changing her mind on the date - the footsies etc. She has a natural chemistry with Nika, but whenever she catches herself even slightly fawning, she gets angry with herself. I think she wants Nika to prove himself to her partially, but I think her shit talking is a defense mechanism as well.

I think Ocean is purposefully crowding the choices to make it hard to stay faithful. It has been mentioned there will be consequences for having loose relationships. So I don't think all these characters will have the same levels of interaction, that would be far too complicated. I think there will be the ones like Jenna and Anna that Nika can risk manipulating for the stories sake, but we've already seen that gossip travels fast, and now Robin's mum knows the rumours. Ocean might put some of them there as red herrings so people chase them, only to get rejected or something. I think more than anything its to provide a believable context rather than have empty corridors. We're always wondering if someone in the background is important or not. It's pretty devious. But players who want to just get the lewds will get lots of quick action I think, and lose their reputation, and lose meaningful relationships.

Yes, exactly this. And I think some of the characters have been chosen purely so the information can come from all kinds of different sources - like the gym, or the walk: you get completely different information revealed depending on who you choose to talk with/go with etc.

Oh dear lord I'm so ready for Nikas dick to work again. This is (one of) the longest blue balling in AVN history.
Nami wormy brigade to the rescue.
Personally, I don't really care about sex scenes (as long as the storyline is good), but considering the plot that is going on, there will be sex scenes appearing in the future. Accelerating the appearance of sex scenes should not be done if it reduces the quality of the story.

Just a personal opinion.
I found the Horny Bella and free the nipple advanced, strange as tits are everywhere now, as opposed to before.

My understanding is that Ocean bro has a big fucking ego as one requires to make progress in life and his choice to keep this season one with low Lewds to enter steam with 13+rating (correct me if I'm wrong) to show and flex his project and hopefully get his overwhelming positive rating drown in dough and then we gonna get action.

Bro, Nojiko, Nika & Nami aren't poor at all. They are poor compared to Bella's family, Zara's family, Sasha's, the Zanes and so on, who are filthy rich.
Nojiko is a single mother with 2 adolescent children who are attending a private college: they cost a fortune, and they are a single-income family.
Their house is a middle class suburban house: it's just an old house, therefore it needs maintenance ( = money). Bella's house is a huge mansion: it costs millions.

This trope is normal in soap operas, being filthy rich as without money the cast can't really interact.
Maybe ocean watched OG gossip girl and bam we got Bella, Blonde Blair.

Was that private school thing ever explicitly mentioned?
Not saying it definitely wasn't but it wouldn't make much sense for example for Milas ("trash girls") parents to send her to a private college if they didn't even have money for proper clothes.

Yeah absolutely it's always funny to see in soap operas when "poor people" live in their own city houses while many people in real life struggle to scrape their rent together.

The true rat race is survive to play novels to completion.
I propose we set up an F95 forum SG wager. Those that wish to participate each put $5 into the pot, which is then deposited into an escrow account.

The last person or persons standing when SG is complete, win the wager. I don't know the average age of F95 forum members (Ocean is relatively young), but should no one be left upon completion of SG then the funds will contribute to a charity for AVN players recovering from blueballs.

Obviously, big /s

I am happy to be along for the SG ride at this stage, even if I don't see its completion for whatever reason.

why though? how does she have millions? nojiko is a good doctor and amber is a good psychologist. medical doctors I will argue make even more money than psychologists and amber is a single mom too putting bella through a private college. plus that bella seems to spend lots of money she drops a lot of money alone on the protags clothes.

the protag and nami don't seem to drop money like that.

unless amber is some kind of celebrity psychiatrist I do not buy it that bella should be so much higher on the socioeconomic ladder as she claims over the protagonist. there has to be more to it or else it doesn't add up.
We don't know Nojiko is a good doctor. Having helped Nick doesn't make her a great doctor earning great money. She's also working the public system, not a private practice. Amber might have married rich, got a great settlement divorcing Bella's dad, inherited, or has a fantastic credit rating - who knows? Noji might have had massive student debts to pay, or massive medical bills for Nikas violent incident. The simple thing is the Von Halen house is clearly worth more than the Cyrus house.

Also, Amber's clients are richer than the people who get admitted into a public hospital. Heck, Nia lives better than the Cyrus's.
