It's really hard to say. Ocean has several confirmed Love Interests, as well as multiple characters who you can do lewd things with in the future. The problem is we simply don't know enough of even the LI's to know what their confirmed paths are. For example, Vanessa was originally going to have both a sub and a dom path to her story arc, but now we don't know. Ocean's decided to keep it mysterious. What we can see is what he orginally has said, which was compiled by lonelyk into a list here in their post.
That's the best idea of what possibilities their seem to be for paths. The post I linked is also linked from the first page, and is worth a read to remind yourself of what's likely. For example, we have no idea in that list about Eva, who might be of interest, or of any of the women at the book club, some of whom are almost certainly lewdable.
Regards the story paths, currently it's pretty much the same regardless, but whether you have an easy time or a hard time with people will depend on your choices, and you find out different things depending on who you're interacting with.
You can't do all the paths in one run, they are mutually exclusive. The planned throuple paths will be different from the monogamous paths, and McManWhore will be it's own path, where no one trusts you most likely.

No major interactions with Sasha in the first season, and we don't know what chocies will affect the future, but likely treating her friend Robin nicely will be a good plan.
