Although I feel it would be kind of neat to continue it in future seasons, say once per season, as an optional thing if you are interested in building a relationship further with the members of that group, I fully agree that this was the least enjoyable part of the game. It felt to me like it really broke the pace of the story.DnD is the worst, I skipped through that shit. The Nadia thing in the gym, pure stupid.
I personally did find a few parts somewhat interesting on its own and would still check them out, say on repeat playthroughs, but it's not interesting enough for me to care to break away from the story pace, and I honestly don't find any of those characters interesting except Nancy as a wildcard interest (we'll see how her farm party goes and how crazy it gets haha).
tldr; yeah the tabletop game event to me is probably the worst part of Summer's Gone (so far).
