As far as fan made goes, clearly stating it's fanfiction and sharing it without seeking financial game does keep it as fan art. That should be fine. *Should be*. Keep in mind that as fan fiction, you'll be doubly judged - not just for the content you've developed, but for your inspiration - you'll be continually compared to something that get's criticised here in quite a polarised way. Are you comfortable with that criticism?
By the way, your description doesn't sound like you've copied much, you've just been heavily inspired by the type of story. and the look of the story. Nika is not a street racer, yours is. Bella and Nika are unrelated, Yours are. Nami and Bella are not friends, yours are. GOing to university is not something unusual. Starting from there, I can't see how there would be much parallel, and would suggest it's not fan fiction, just that you've been inspired to write a VN and you liked the looks.
Also, you've already done it, why would you trash it? If it brings you pleasure to do it, you can keep doing it for yourself in private regardless of anyone else. That is already a sufficent outcome.

I admit that I don't know when we can stop calling a creation "fan fiction" and when we can start calling it an "inspired story".
That's why I'm here asking the question.
My version of Nami (Maeby) has her own way of saying hello. Instead of saying "Yo!" she squints, puffing out her cheeks, without saying anything. And instead of having a passion for rolls, she loves red Skittles candies and only red ones, having a deep hatred for other colors.
But she keeps this same relational dynamic that she has with people. A little unstable, unpredictable, crazy, very energetic due to her high candy consumption and very protective of MC and she always secretely loved him.
As for my version of Bella (Dakota), we can sometimes see her personality in the few flashbacks which show us a little more of MC's past. We see that she liked to be hated. She felt superior to everyone and even though they loved each other like brother and sister with a special twin bond, they kept insulting each other with complicity, like cats and dogs.
On the other hand, it was only with Maeby that she was sweet, kind and extremely protective with the desire to unite Maeby and MC in a romantic relationship because MC had no desire to find a girlfriend.
The spiritual love and unbreakable bond he had with his twin sister was enough for him and he didn't feel romantic or sexual desire towards anyone because of that.
In summary, we see that the temperament, personality and relational dynamics remain rather the same for these 3 characters.
This is what poses a problem to me and makes me feel like I'm copying.
Regarding the first part of your post, the answer is no. I don't feel comfortable with the idea of being doubly judged and criticized. I am an extremely sensitive person and I have to be very careful.
Finally, “put in the trash” was a way of saying that it would continue to gather dust in the depths of my PC.
But if I am here today, it was obviously because a part of me is proud of it with the desire to do something with it.
I just wanted to know how it would be received if I shared it and why not get an idea of where the legitimacy starts and stops to make some financial profit from it but I think I was clumsy in my first message.

For Nika, I only needed 3 clicks. Import actor Shane HD, add Lyall hair and modify chin cleft.
For Nami, it was easy too. 3 clicks. Import Sinisa HD, add Linda hair and add some Cami SASSE in the face.
On the other hand for Bella, even if it was just as simple to recreate it thanks to Katie HD and Linda hair, (2 clicks), I actually had to go further by removing the basic eyebrows and adding another eyebrow thanks to “Super Natural Brows Merchant Resource for Genesis 8 and 3 Female”.
This is perhaps unconsciously the reason why I wanted to make her a dead character who we would only see in flashbacks.
