my reaction to the reworked blow up dolls (Mila,Vic,Helen and Leia)I love new Miru when she's got clothes on! I can't get past the piercings
They are ALL shapeshifters! Nojiko's tits keep getting bigger with each update and so does Nami's ass. Don't tell me it's the rolls, that's just silly! I don't even know wtf is going on with Ayua's face anymore and don't even get me started on Vic. If she isn't a shapeshifter, then she had major cosmetic surgery right after her accident. From the previews we've also seen that Sonya completely changed her face from one day to another. So much so she looks like someone else.
Right now the only person I trust is Trey. 'Cause you know that if the guy was a shapeshifter too, he wouldn't need to be on the juice
and when i thought that was the last of the body horror show , then came Sonia's new face...........

For Sasha to be Summer, she has to use concealer to hide her freckles, but doesn't use concealer on the scar OR she has a whole skin transplant of her entire face. I'm sure she could afford treatments, but damn that's a convoluted plot to explain to pornhunters when you can just have Summer reappear far more easily.
Also, no one every really asks, what the hell happened to Summer's parents? For Summer to disappear, her parents had to as well, or it would be in the news 'parent's heartbroken, tryst goes wrong, police hunting for lost teen'. The fact Nika doesn't know, Nia doesn't know (because she's more clued on to women not looking the same as they did 5 years ago) and Elsa's mom should know where her sister is... I'd HIGHLY doubt Nika's infatuation is so dramatic that Summer's mom would go into hiding, lose all her friends etc.
Only solution I see is witness protection/relocation, which fits in with the Zanes being criminal. They wouldn't then just get an eraser for Summer's freckles and leave her in WOllust as one of the most prominent families.
And if Sasha is Summer, why doesn't Nika recognise Elena's surname? It'd bring a pang to his heart with memories, he heard it in school every time the role was called.

I was playing the book club part again today and theres that part where Emilia says Kelly has the biggest potential to be a pornstar, then Kelly start to tease Sasha...then Adrianna warns Kelly that Sasha is a very talented martial artist and to not antagonize her, and previously Ayua told Nika that only if he married her, one of her sisters or cousins that he could learn the family's techniques...and when Jenna mentioned William doing Katie teammates back then both Adrianna and Sasha shared a awkward look, so theres a chance that Sasha is William's daughter and took her mother's surname? And there is her earring.
At least she can be one of Ayua's cousins....but the look they had me thinking shes linked to William, as for me Adrianna is one of Miru's daughters. And Sasha and Ayua seems to be close. Kelly even says: " As being said in Genesis 1:28, "be fruitful and mutiply", maybe this was a way of dev hinting that William multiplied a lot. hehe

While is by no means impossible that william had sired Sasha with Elena Petrova. Do you think that Miru wold have shared her family martial art with someone outside her family ?
Even if we assume that William is in did Sasha father, this does not make Sasha a kin of Miru. Sasha might be a talented martial artist, but this does not means that she knows Miru's fighting style.

If by cousins Ayua meant the other females from her mother's part of the family then makes sense, but it was not specified yet....i dont even remember if Miru has a sister tbh.
I think the chances are still there and theres minor stuff like the earring pointing to it, and if shes William daughter maaaybe this would bring the families together, i cant see Miru rejecting William's offspring, even if it is from a women she doesnt like, but if this was the case Sasha and Ayua would not be close or friendly with each other, probably.

Which is a drama very different from the process of Nika healing. That would be a tangent from main theme of the game, which is Nika learns to own and deal with his own shit. It would be far more in keeping (IF Summer returns) for Nika to resolve how he's eithe rmoving on or trying to go back. Cat fights will take the focus of Nika's response and blunt it. It'd almost be like a fight scene in a marvel film; sure it advances the plot, but it's low grade writing.This is what ocean spielberge does

Not saying it won't happen, but not every idea should be put in a single story, and the jealousy catfights are already a big thing for Ocean to explore in WiaB (plus the Katie war). I think the jealous issues in SG are more going to be things that appear because NIka acts like an asshole, rather than things outside his control.
There will be more things about personal responsibility. Also, Summer returning... the first thing would be exploring why she was gone right? It's not going to be a 'season 3, let's introduce the new exchange student' kinda deal. Summer will have issues to work through if she appears, Elsa's reaction to Nika shows it was serious, it's not just something in Nika's head.

But Miru is willing to teach Leia and Katie in WiaB, so this thought that she is a ninja clan princess with the inherited knowledge of the secret techniques is more to do with old WiaB (so far). If Willi marries Miru, then it's really easy for her to adopt Willi's wild oats. Also, consider that Ayua teaches and trains at the studio as a job. There is standard martial arts on offer, which is what she's going to train Nika in. We don't know what the family training is like, or even if that was drunk horny Ayua speak for Nika, 'marry me so I can teach you secret techniques of the oversexed ninjas!'. Sasha having training in MMA doesn't equal the private Miru techniques necessarily. I think it's too early to tell either way.
Old WiaB had things about Miru's past, since the rework it's unknown. But why would Leia use her earring to mark Willi's wild oats with someone else? The earring isn't a specific sign of the Zane's, but of Leia's patronage/interests. Nami redhead could be Dylan's wild oats for all we know, Leia has no redhead gene with what Ocean mentioned about changes to WiaB (look at the recent devlogs in that thread, it's alarge topic, maybe 3-4 devlogs ago). Katie does from her dad though, and maybe that's why Katie is interested in Nami?

No matter what the quality, I can still believe some choices are worse than others... personally Summer being absent keeps people wondering right? Why give that up, it worked for twin peaks and x-files right? OOOOOOH, I like this idea! Don't know how much it is likely but I like it.
Miru agrees to teach them fight, I don't remember if is explicit stayed that is her family style, she speaks about showing a little, same as Auya, but I can be wrong. I don't know about Miru adopting William's bastards, given how fixed she is in have babys of her own I don't think she will gladly accept those of other woman, less if is one she did not consented to William sleep with. Too many variables and as always to little information to have a clear answer.
I am leaning more that Sasha knows "normal" fighting styles, with some insights of Miru techniques, as is Leia and Katie and only William and her directs descents knows the full style.
We know by the earning that Leia, and maybe to some extend the Zanes, as a interest in Nami and Sasha. Sasha already comes from a influential family and is friends with Auya. In my mind the question is what Sasha and Nami has in common, if anything, to both have Leia's earrings ? And what exactly it entails, can not be only protection, Sasha's family can provide protection it has to be a meaning beyond simply association.
In the Old WiaB Miru in did had a sister, now we don't know she might or might not. Now I don't know, I don't think Miru would accept William's bastards but I don't think it would mean that Sasha and Auya could not be friends. A lot of this depends in what happened in Where it all Began and what is the canon end, and that we don't know, is not that I think my version in more likely than yours, I am just saying the reasons that makes be disagree with you in this topic.
While I fully agree, and I have said it other times, a mystery is while as good as it reveals and Ocean has many in both os his stories. That is not true, granted I don't think any AVN will earn a Nobel or something like that, to say that all are low grading write is unfair... even if is true in 98.5% of the time. Summer's Gone is a good exemple, while is not extraordinary Ocean does knows how to write character and character interactions very well, is not perfect, but it is well written. The rework of the family situation in WiaB is done clearly because of Ocean bowing to Patreon to keep SG save. And it is a horrible decision storywise. Making Willi and Leia adopted (in addition to other changes) the story already starts to unravel at the seams, since the convoluted family situation is/was a major factor in the game. Many things do not make any sense anymore with how the rework of the background is going. In some cases there is suddenly a "why at all?" question how it happened.
Wiab is now quickly turning into a story with the stupid landlord/tennant situation thanks to Patreon. How long until Leia is not a LI anymore?
As said before, the secrets, mysteries and the convoluted family situation of the Zanes, Reveras and Petrovas were a major pull factor of WiaB.
