I think that´s true and it´s been discussed here sometimes, Ocean doesn´t listen to anyone, if you go and tell him as a Patreon that you don´t like how he changes the body shapes of characters he just say that this is his game and if you don´t like you can go, and he is right too.
I don´t know, i think Ocean sometimes should listen to his Patreons, maybe not in essential things like the plot or things that pretend to change his vision of the game but there are some things that need to be resolved, and listen the people who pay him would be good.
I´m okay with his work to be honest, that´s why i support him nowadays but i have my red lines, if he does again a rework or change things suddenly like in the first season (which i end up liking by the way) i´m out.
Anyway i think is difficult to find the perfect behavious here, this is his game and he has the right to do whatehever he wants, but on the other side... Yeah, Patreons can stop paying him if they don´t like his work but a little attention by his part could be good too, at least to his older Patreons, because if he starts listening all his Patreon the game would be a mess, there is a mayority who wants sex right now and woul let Nika fuck all the girls in the first chapter so it culd be dangerous too and harm the game, but the ones who support Ocean since the beginning... I think they deserve a word, if they don´t try to change essential things, of course, like the plot, characters behaviour and that stuff. Just things like the bodies shapes, i swear i hate when he change suddenly the boobs sizes of characters or things like that

After all, Dwight likes Nika, he's more of a material for another homie for life next to Jeffrey, I really doubt that Nika will have any enemies in the first team, most of these guys are pretty cool, especially Aziz and Jazz, and Dex is Jeff's buddy, if we're going to look for enemies, we'll probably find them in rival colleges. Nika can only get a slap in the face from them if he starts acting like a total Man-Whore and becomes a professional heartbreaker and anyway, this protection probably only applies to Sasha.

I don't remember exactly who, I think Mila warned Nika that people from other colleges might try to seduce Nami to damage Nika reputation as a star basketball player. So those are also potential candidates. There are also Sonya's brothers and we don't know exactly what kind of threat Melanie Cerill is at this point if the prank Zara ordered went wrong. and of course the enemies that have not been discovered yet, which I am counting on being here, just as we know that we have them in WIAB, of course not the same ones...because Ayua only needs Dwight's help when smashed

THe grunge era will never be over for me. It's a nice touch that Ocean mentioned AIC would be NIka's favourite band (at some point, can't remember where). I grew up on that, so seeing the dark moody renders, and thinking which song Nika's got for a sound track kinda give me my own internal existentialist playthrough
The only reason replaying it is boring is because you know what's coming up. No game's immune from that. If updates were faster, we'd be rushing to replay to remind ourselfs, but with the excitement of knowing there's stuff we don't know. I honestly don't care how long it takes for Ocean to get to fully lwd, but what I do care about is how long I hav to hold my breath for anything. Tomorrow would be a great day for a surprise, or the day after that
The trauma hasn't been shown yet. We don't know what Nika was charged for, and whether that was related to Summer or to just violence. Elsa's way of avoiding talking about details suggests that everyone who knew about SUmmer knew how traumatic it was for Nika, but don't forget their own trauma. Does Elsa know what happened to her cousin? NIa doesn't know. We don't even know what the news was like, or if it was just the family relocates abroad. We've grown used to the atmosphere and forgetten how much of the game is unexplained.

It will be interesting see how the Nami aspect will unfold if you are on or off her path and if you loyal or manwhore. If it was another game a NTR route would be logic but not for SG. For now I think Sai is the imeddiate threat.
Nadia has brothers ? I am really curious to see Cerill, if she will be the antagonist she has been promised to be, and what role she will play in the story, she is connected to 3 LIs so far and I have a suspicion that she and Vanessa might be friends.
Regarding fights, I am sure there are gonna be some, but does not seems to be Nika go to problem solving. For him to go looking for fights I would find uncharacteristic, but if another party iniciates one he would not fled, just so far I can't think of anyone who would do it.
Sorry I confused her with Sonya, as Bob says it would be nice if the update was just around the corner so there would be motivation to replay and remember some things

the only band i can't listen to at all anymore is nirvana. like, enough, already, goddamn.
i didn't say boring, i said bland. like i know what's gonna happen and i still replay it, or can skip those scenes i don't like, but sometimes the story is a bit lackluster. not to mention all of this shite happens across like 3 days. how long are those damn days lol wtf?

There's a lot of interesting theories from people, I think once an update drops in either thread, we'll have the use of spoilers again. Personally, I just like hearing what other people notice - some of it is easy to miss. You have to play every path to get all the different info about Nika or Bella or Nami or Zara. Most people who play the game just making choices to favour their chosen LI miss a lot of the details. Even if I have preferred characters, I going to probably replay all the choices just to get an idea of all the plot points. Ocean likes hiding them where people don't look.
Speaking of music, does anyone know if he wrote anything in blogs or Discord about arranging new tracks for the second season ?. I really like these chillstep tracks from Vesky, but when you know that you'll come across them in every third or fourth scene, it quickly becomes tiresome, especially when replaying. When you play with a mod that restores music with a wider selection of tracks, the whole thing is much more enjoyable and fresh to listen to, not to mention those beautifully matched songs to cinematics. I secretly dream that if he were to achieve commercial success even on a half scale similar to Pink, he would officially release a remastered version of the first season in which he would renew all the lost licenses.

I look forward to the update but how those ever-increasing update sizes do not alarm Ocean, I don't understand.
That being said, I'd like to share optimistic math for once. If Ocean can sustain 70 renders per day with his new workstation, he can achieve his quoted average of 2250 renders per update in only 32 days! If he can release every half chapter in 2 months or so, we could see the 30th chapter in 2029... not that far away anymore. But I'll believe it when I see it
