Sure, but that's also a trope used for like a lot of romantic development between different characters lol. A lot of stories in AVNs and other media where someone is trying to use a person to make their partner jealous/get revenge and then genuinely starts to like them. Yeah I had such thoughts since of all possibilities on aurora Mila showed us a post from her it seemed strange to me as a character that is supposed to be only secondary.

It is also possible that she can be some kind of link with this second group of girls. As you can see most of these girls form some kind of groups to which Nami, Vic and Mila do not belong.
