A quick question why do artists and companies care if their "love song” is featured in a piece of work which contains adult intercourse even if the song itself hasn't been used in that scene, is it some kind of marketing strategy or just moral faggotry and why can't ocean just leave the cinematics as they are but changing the audio instead of completely removing them seems like such a waste of electricity and render power why were those songs added in the game to begin with without reading the terms and conditions of their license seems like mismanagement on ocean's part to me.

It just depends on the artist or the company.

Many are fine with their music being used in a Porn game.

As for the Cinematics, I agree with you. (y)

If he makes a deal with a band he could ask them to make a piece with the tempo of the previous cinematic, so the new song would still fit in.

Keyword in your idea is IF. And it's not just the tempo. It's also the feel.

And all that also takes time. So in the meanwhile what can a perfectionist like Ocean do other than remove the whole cinematic?

Can you believe this mf View attachment 1809214 ?
If he's talking about inconsistencies he should at least give a few examples. Instead, most of his review is simply talking into thin air and complaining about vague (and subjective) things.

"The typical anime protagonist who thinks he's more important than everyone else" This is just wrong. Narcissism and indifference are not the same.

"The story is marred with inconsistencies" Such as?

"unnatural characters" again with the lack of explanation

"Unrealistic events" ...

About the game and the reviews ... all of them are about what the feels are when gaming.
Sure enough, visually, this is eye candy that gives heartwarming vibes.

The antics on MC and many of the others are, indeed, exaggerated, unrealistically overexacerbated and scary.
Truth be told, MC is a stubborn self centered maniac who is not seeing his own Nami as his ally.
MC has a lot of flaws, many of which this game counters by having bella stand up to him and engage.
We know a lot is wrong with MC because a certified mind doctor finds actual value in counseling him.

Summing up some criticism about the characters and MC in particular, were they perfect,
not much would veer into uncertainty and second guesses and moral dillemas.
