Ngl I downloaded the game with one purpose and I ended up staying for another... Does this mean I've finally evolved into a man of class

.
One of the very few games on this site where i've actually enjoyed the story and the character development and wanted to know how things are going to progress rather than just wanting a see a sex scene. Cant wait for the next release.
First time I delved into the AVN world (Dreams of Desire), a couple years back, it was to add some fantasy to my warped, depraved animation-porn lusting mind.
I wasn't really trying to think about an interesting story or anything, it was more to get some type of context with the images, weirdly enough, a bit like those porn movies that tries to build a story within.
But as the years passed, my interests switched, I stumbled upon Summertime Saga, which was a great game with a fun storyline (said was, cause yeah, DarkCookie really is a milker now, sadly), then another one in Milfy City (plagued with another milker), which also had a storyline, but especially, interesting character arcs, there was something behind that was more than lust, but then, I happened upon a game everyone who played will remember forever, while possible dreading it... Acting Lessons.
Animations suddenly took 2nd seat. Well, first of all, animations in that game weren't great at all, but it was the characters that changed it. Melissa. First time I think I 'loved' an artificial character. And damn that story, and that punch...
After that, tried many others, but the more I try 'em, the more I find myself not caring about animations or lewd content too much, I want to know what's going to happen next. Games like Being a DIK, Artemis, Chasing Sunsets, Leap of Faith, Intertwined, Once in a Lifetime, Eternum...
But Summer's Gone ?
Like you said, you downloaded the game with one purpose and ended up staying for another, and this game could be the poster of that definition.
It's exactly the same for me.
Welcome to the world of quality AVNs who focuses more on writing than on eye-candy (even though that game is filled with them).
