I like the story, but perhaps too many characters have a sad fate.
The graphics are very nice, the girls are all beautiful. MC's hair looks terrible. (sorry, personal opinion) The music is also very good. I think my first important decision was to go back to Bella at night. I think I started the Bella route because the other characters now get a little less content. Nami: guaranteed main LI (Nami/Bella is possible but she is otherwise probably the least compatible with other girls, Nami/Mila not possible)

Sasha: guaranteed main LI and Ocean's #1 girl (since August 2021), not planned to be part of any throuple
Sonya: guaranteed main LI and Ocean's #3 girl (former #1)
Victoria: guaranteed main LI (and can be compatible with every other girl (has the most throuples anyway))
Amber: main LI (two main routes, love or sub, could be different now that the game has taken a less dark route)

Note: As of October 16, 2021, Ocean has said that the list of LIs can be expanded to more LIs but it is also possible that some LIs will be dropped, except for the eight that are listed as guaranteed. Update February 2023: as of Chapter 4.5, "less than 5" new LIs are yet to be introduced.
Note2: There will be no harem route. One was originally planned (although it would not have included every girl) but the game took a lighter tone, of healing, than was first thought, and the harem route does not fit the story anymore. You should still be able to bang virtually every girl in a playthrough but having a romantic relationship with several girls being aware of each other is a whole different thing. There will be throuples for the compatible girls, but no more than that. I have summarized this myself, if you want to hear from the source itself, most of the updated info regarding harem comes from here.
Update: only 3 throuples are planned as of summer 2022, there might eventually be more or fewer but that's to say that throuples will be rather the exception and in most cases won't happen.

Of course it isn't manageable. Not even if Ocean had a dozen people working with him. It's simply too big a cast of characters to properly develop and provide enough screentime for. Which will inevitably leave people dissatisfied because the background character, which happens to be their favorite LI, didn't get enough attention.

Ocean bit off a lot more that he could ever chew. That's one of the reasons I lost confidence this project will ever see a timely and satisfactory end. But I can't deny it's one of the upper tier AVN's. In these cases the best thing you can do is manage your expectations. That goes for LI's as well. I care about Bella, Nami and Sasha the most so as long as these 3 get enough attention (which they should considering what we've seen so far) I'm good. Honorable mention for Maja that might just be the most overall attractive girl in SG IMO, but I don't expect there to be much for her going forward.

I had though of the manipulation angle since Amber technically has leverage over the MC, but obviously nothing will happen 'cause of Bella.

Amber does ask the MC if he's a virgin in their last session, as she angles in on his budding relationship with her daughter.

My humble opinion would be that Bella, being a lady of sophistication and class, is expecting something equivalent to a Millennium celebratory fireworks and not a random 4th of july fire cracker.

Fooling around a bit and doing the proper naughty are two entirely different kinds of pancake.

They had a heart-to-heart with Nami when she asked if he had sex with Summer and he replied that he didn't because Nami sent a cop after them. This was shown at the beginning of the old first chapter. He answered her another question that they only got as far as kissing. Nami even apologized for cockblocking him.
