That he is working, game is getting developed, old chapters will get remade and new chapters will keep coming out.

I don't think Ocean will try anything like a harem. This is really the only VN that I don't care about sex scenes but the updates are way too slow to progress the story, I wanna read more progression.

I don't think a straight up harem route will ever happen but there will probably be some poly routes.
I could see things like Maya+Victoria or Sasha+Robin route being a thing.
Nia already teased a 5 girl route with the other camgirls this update so that might be a thing too and I could see Mila joining that group as well since I'm pretty sure there will be a possibility to make her a camgirl.

Yeah I wouldn't really expect much more than that. The camgirl stuff Nia teased might just be more along the lines of an open relationship where Nika helps out in the shows or it could also just not happen at all because priorities change.

not sure how to feel about this update all the long wait just for a book club banter that feelt like filler the bella scenes were good but short idk whats gona happen in season 2 but man this whole season 1 feels dry after souch a long time and its really geting old that the mc acts like he dosent have a dick just because ocean wants this on steam and he pretty much censored the whole game the raw charm this game had when it was fresh is kinda slowly going away i hope season 2 will be more raw and no more of this pg stuff coz the girls are all really beautiful

. It seems like they just download everything that appears on the first page without bothering to read the description.
And then they butthurted in the comments:

Kinda weird to even leave the thing with the box of sex toys in the game if you're gonna cut out the last sequence of it. Serves no purpose and the cut scenes in the change booth. Kinda subtracts a bit from the budding relationship between the MC and Bella and how "idgaf" they are about seeing each other to the point of it just seeming natural to them.

Can't say I like the changes.
