Prepare to be waiting a good while. If he released an update for his other game last month, I won't expect much for this game until May/June, that's just for the Ch 5 FULL update. Steam release = more waiting.

What are you even basing this off? Maybe a week, maybe two, not going to be May/June. Steam release and Chap 5 full are the same thing, once he is done, it might take a week more for Steam Certification.

.If you are diligent, try searching starting on page 1337, that is the page where the Ch.5 beta version was first posted. Usually the compressed and Android versions are posted several to several tens of pages later.
I have not seen Ocean comment on this but, IMO, Ocean will release CH 5 Full in Feb whether or not he is ready to submit the same to Steam.
For Example - he commented in one Dev Log that he is working on the German translation for Steam - which is not something that is required for him to release CH Full to his supporters.
I know he is working on a new intro cinematic (with new licensed music), and I am looking forward to the next dev log that usually hits on Wednesday.

Kinda interesting imo at least that Ocean changed the dialog between Mila and Vanessa during the dinner before Van said that Mila should use her looks and when Nick says Mila should go golf with them Van said she wanted her number now Van starts talking about the Mc and her which leads to her asking about her and the Mc followed up by her saying how she seems to know alot about her even tho Mila says they have never met

I don't think it changed - the expanded dialogue is if you're on Mila's route. If you're not doing the Mila date, it's still just the golf and number dialogue.
Keep in mind Vanessa is dating Mario who has a grudge against Mila - Vanessa's info is likely to at least be influenced by that. I'm sure she knows the Holgersons have placed charges against Mila, and she's very good with connecting information.

What Vanessa says during the dinner depends on whether the MC kissed Mila in Chapter 4.5 or not.
But rumors and news spread quickly in this city. MC has not yet returned from his date with Bella, and even the groundhogs already know that they had a romantic kiss under the moon.
