I don't think there can or will be any "righting of the ship" anymore. He will not engage in more reworks. No shot. This is it for better or worse and WiAB is beyond salvation. The only hope we have is that the 20 year gap between stories could insulate SG from the "mafia shit" that's plaguing WiAB.

The inflation won't stop sadly. You've seen how Katie looks now. You've seen that cursed render of Jabba the Mute in a nightgown. Leia looked as disgusting to me as she's always been. Can't say I've noticed any changes there. But knowing it's inevitable and accepting it, kinda makes me curious to see Mila in the coming update. The previews of her already look horrifying

after the WIAB update my fiancee and i , started going thru WIAB again but everytime that Willy and Katie talk , we were using the voices of "Beavis and Butthead" yooooooo ! it became an instant classic.
listening to Willian saying all that stupid shit with Butthead's voice is so freaking funny ! and let's not talk about Katie with Beavis voice.

yesterday we added another voice into the mix ...Leia using "Daria's voice"....... we were having a ball at the point that we had to stop because our stomachs hurt.

I joked about it before... but Nami is totally gonna end up being a childhood friend who only just recently moved in with Noji because she's going to ZPR. Keeps almost all of their history intact, but gets around any implication of relation or wards living together for years being treated as siblings, etc.

Ocean could introduce this right now with barely any change in the script. Nami now has grandparents or an aunt/uncle who she lived with until now, thats about it.

Even if she is the legal guardian (which you'd need to see a judge for) , Nika and Nami will be her wards, making it extremely difficult to say "a judge signed off on them being raised together, but they aren't considered step-siblings in the eyes of the law".

The issue still remains. It's been written that they were raised together for 15 years, by the same woman, making them essentially a step/foster family unit, which Patreon list as forbidden.
