That shouldn't be a question 3 years in. We should have a pretty clear idea at this point what his core gameplay loop will be. I agree that the core of the game involves around the story and the girls, because they revolve 2 of the 3 goals we are given at the start of the game. The last being working. We can only achieve 1 of those 3 goals currently which is to save up money for college. We can't date the girls to go to prom nor can we progress the story to solve the dad's murder. We don't know how dating will even work and we don't know how the main story will work. The dating system should be in place and ready for testing before he implements the story for all the girls, not after. Here in lies the problem what is the core game. I would consider the school girls and there story’s the core of game, while others would say the family members or the main story is which is why what gets work next is left up to a vote. Also the only key feature not in the game is the dating system which is because majority school girls content is not the game yet.
I wouldn't be opposed to that. The writing of the main story isn't that important and I don't think many care. I just would like an idea of how he plans to implement it. Like you, I would want the school/prom stuff to stop at prom. Let us take the girls to prom at least but hold off on the ending. At least then he could implement the dating system.Though I do acutally think that that's not the worst Idea. Once the main story and all important features are done, there's indeed quite a risk that the whole thing runs "out of steam" and will eventually be stopped, since one could see the game as somewhat completed. Yes, some story development is certainly needed from time to time but I personally wouldn't be sad to wait for let's say the prom/harem until all schoolgrils etc. are really properly done. It's of course a fine line to be drawn, but since there are basically two main stories, I'd say one should be left unfinished until the very end. Now we'll get the dad/family story with 0.20 and it looks like we'll get the prom with the dating system and this harem feature at the very, very end.
Tl;dr: I do actually prefer DC squeezing in content for stories, minor characters and other stuff from time to time, since I actually fear that this kind of content may never make it into the game afterwards.
ohh my bad then tiny details i missed there thenOf course you can. Just be a bit less submissive in your conversation with Jenny. For example, if the dialog option during argument between Jenny and Debby is "keep silent" or "say something", just don't keep silent. If she wants money, don't give it to her right away.
I keep seeing this sad argument that the art is the bottleneck. It is not. Coding has always lagged the art, and up to v.12 the code was total ass, poorly planned and implemented. Then add in the Patreon driven revisions, that is the biggest problem, not DC's delivery. As long as DC draws alone
It is, at least for the full schedule. Sure, if you look at a single update, art isn't the problem. But by that you completely ignore that DC starts drawing for the next update while posing, coding, animating, QA etc. finishes and thus it really doesn't matter wether all this stuff takes 2 days or 4 weeks, simply because DC is working for the next update during that time anyway. I mean, in the end they can't release updates faster than DC draws his stuff. So yes, code etc. is lagging the art, but we aren't losing time because of it.I keep seeing this sad argument that the art is the bottleneck. It is not. Coding has always lagged the art, and up to v.12 the code was total ass, poorly planned and implemented.
Not removed. I got that one the other day. Might require an event trigger? Possibly only if Jenny is in the shower?Q: Was kitchen sex with Debbie removed? It's usually available when I finish her storyline but it doesn't come up in this update.
Yeah, right now it looks like you should avoid triggering Daisy during Dianne's pregnancy. I only got a single bug screen when entering the barn, but it stopped occurring once the baby was born.BUG REPORT:
Experienced a cascading set of exceptions when dealing with a pregnant Aunt and Newly "hatched" Daisy. Something along the lines of an incorrect image. To bypass, I had to load a previous save and wait until baby was born and at daycare before letting Daisy out. I'm sorry I couldn't snag a proper log, as there were so many errors.
Thank you. I'll try that. Not removed. I got that one the other day. Might require an event trigger? Possibly only if Jenny is in the shower?
This didn't age well at all LMAO.I just hope that yall will like jenny as much as you loved roxxy, cause there has been a great deal of care put into her, and her story feels brand new.
Still missing the forest I see. The only person lying on this forum is you by stating that SS has a completed product. You're right, I ignored the Duke Nukem comparison because it was a bad comparison. Duke Nukem's development is better compared/contrasted to Final Fantasy XV's than SC. I did also ignore the comment about money because it was clearly irrelevant to the point Vordertur was making. This is simply lying about SS as a product in relationship to Star Citizen and ignoring what's been done.
You do you, man. I already told you a more apt comparison is with Duke Nukem. You ignored it. You also ignored the money for a dishonest argument about scale I never made. The entire point of my post was merely to state that you shouldn't miss the context for a tortured parallel. It seems you did exactly what you accuse me of doing by ignoring context.
You were the first to mention anything about scale. Vordertur said scope. Often confused, but the 2 words do mean different things. If you want to compare Star Citizen to Duke Nukem and getting that out, fine. Whatever. That's a fair assertion. But you're really pulling my head here when you want to do this nonsense and believe the two games and their scales should really compare.
Do you want to be helped or do you just want to troll around? What version do you think genius?
I think DC has plenty of real faults (old save compatibility is no 1, 2 and 3; bending art for Patreon is no 4 and 5) that can be criticized but with these 2 I don't agree.Lmao. More delays and excuses ahead. Why Is it so hard to do that after the game is finished? Most of the players don't care about this and are STARVING for new content, But you need to milk that sweet patron tit don't you?
What's your opinion on hot make snuggles? I got a blanket, you want in?Don't fear. I can take a different opinion. I have no fear expressing mine as well
You're the one missing context. This reflects poorly on you.Still missing the forest I see. The only person lying on this forum is you by stating that SS has a completed product. Semantics to cover for your poor argument and lack of understanding. You were the first to mention anything about scale. Vordertur said scope. Often confused, but the 2 words do mean different things.
