Regarding the incest patch, I looked at v0.18.0 vs. v0.18.2 vs. 0.18.5 and at the patch itself to get an idea on how well it will still work.
The patch is largely designed as an interception mechanism for each and every line said by any character in normal dialogues or during cutscenes. If the patch contains a replacement for any intercepted line, then the replacement is shown instead of the original.

- It's difficult to determine if a line that was already replaced/patched in v0.18.0 has been modified in the slightest in v0.18.5 and so it needs to be updated in the patch. This search could be automated, though.
- Unless the replaced/patched lines are changed in the most minimal way possible (e.g. "Come and get"... in the example above) there is a high risk that a line could be said again later and the patch will turn it into something meaningless for the new context. For example if "For everything." is said more than once in the whole game, all occurrences beyond the first will also be replaced with "... better nephew." making them meaningless. The patching mechanism needs to be updated to at least keep replacements in sets for each character if more info about line's context can't be intercepted.
- The patch only covers lines said in cutscenes and normal dialogue. It doesn't replace text shown on menus/choices.

Japan, just like any other country, has religious nutjobs and other people influencing them just like we do in America or Europe.
We don't hear about them because Japan's language is very different from Romantic. Being there for close to a decade, along with Korea and Thailand, don't think they don't have a PTA board that's heavily suppressive of sexual themes and goes "for the children"
That's just not even close to accurate.

I don't want to start a discussion here, but from what I see there is a clear difference. In Japan, (nearly) everything can be shown as long as it's censored, while in the western world it's the other way round: everything can be shown uncensored as long as it's legal.

There are probably some things that are *different*. This is what's sometimes known as "value dissonance". This is why you see Japanese games ported to the west sometimes censor upskirt shots of those "small girl"-looking characters (who may or may not actually be small girls), such as in Tera, and why western porn exported to some eastern countries has to have the genitals censored. Different ideas of what is permissable.
Pretty sure Ungawa is right on the money (especially since he's apparently lived there for many years - cool!), but just wanted to add that this is all pretty evident when you consider Japan's censorship laws (a country that doesn't give a shit wouldn't censor porn, obvs.), and the terms used (otakus are, to my knowledge, not any more highly regarded in Japan than nerd/geeks are in the west - and that includes fetish-fueled nerds/otakus)

Debbie's story is 99% complete, dude. DC himself told it... when her last update came out. She will be involved in the main storyline, but you won't see new sex scenes with her. So deal with it.
I really have no idea why you did expect anything new from her, anyway.
