You take random assets and mash them together (like dem fan art we've seen around), the quoted dude might want a purely new scene 100% made from scratch, which mods won't do since they're not DC and can't make new stuff from nothing

thats my bad, I should have been more clear. I meant this game is dead in spirit. its been years with no update, the dev knows he can glide by with no repercussions. Id be shocked if this game ever had shorter updates again. This is basically the Madden of porn games lol.
I may say that I did a bit more than that. I added a completely new angle for the Maria storage room scene. Of course, I took what the game provided and modified it, but I also created some in-between frames to make it a smooth animation. The pregnant bellies and cum overlays in other scenes as well as the hairy option for some of the girls also require some attention when it comes to animations.
