Patreon is really only doing it because of PayPal. In reality, they are doing it because the US has politicians who proclaim to be about family, so they fight against porn and pass laws that infringe on the first amendment to show their voting base how pious they are.

That's a non-issue if you play the true version of the game. If it's fine for the MC and sis to do the deed, it's fine for the twins to do the same. If you are playing the Patreon version without the patch, your not really playing the game in my opinion.

Just finished all of chapter 1 and the latest update. Fun game. I couldn't bring my self to go after the 18-year-old's, firstly they look younger than that, and you are in your mid 20s, that's a "No Way José" for me.

It doesn't matter, for the purposes of this game, Nicole will not fuck anyone else. Technically their relationship depends on your preference, open relationship where only the MC has sex, or they are broken up. Either way the Devs confirmed no matter what your relationship status is with her, she will not get any side action = no ntr/cheating.
