There is a gallery in the Sancho mod, and one of the other mods has an unlocker that you can grab separately and use if you want to - it didn't interfere with Sancho in the past since all of his related gallery work seems to be within his folder, but you must be careful to only grab the files from the mod package that are specifically "unlock" files - you can tell by the names. Sancho doesn't recommend this.
This game has other characters besides Ashley???

wrong thread, this game's mc isn't married so no wife but this has connie who is younger than mc.
none of them are married but trisha is in relationship with mayor (is she li is once again up-to-debate).

They aren't married. Might be engaged, but I don't recall that they're even that far along - just LT lovers that live together in a place they both own.

I'm about 75% through chapter 1 and confused by the different files. Anyone have a quick explanation why there are separate chapters? Is it just to reduce the size?

Mostly the size issue. Chapter 1 was getting too big and unwieldy and this allowed for that to be alleviated somewhat. A couple of other AVNs I'm playing did the same thing.
