Isn't this game a sequel to the old Flash game that was 2D? I haven't played this one but my assumption is that they made it the same as that game. The POV is neither Female or Male, it's just from the side. This one being 3D I imagine you can move the camera around, or at least will be able to eventually.

concept is similar, but games are different.
this one is more into the female pov of giving blowjob. everything in the game tend to push you into the female side.
if you try moving the camera, you can only rotate like if you played an rpg as female and cant rotate at full 360°. pov is giving you a nice view of the dick you suck. and so on..
they are not similarity other than the name eand concept wit the 2D one. you cant actually interact properly in this one such as force deepthroat or else. ( maybe been added, but last time i played, nothing )

I remember playing the original through many stages of it's development on a different site. I'll give this one a shot to see how it goes. not gonna make assumptions on it, aint my style. for those that have not played the original, I recommend giving it a shot. what I did like about the original was the amount of tweaks and characters you could make, the finishes and layering of giz was pretty well done back then on flash...hoping that's where this games progression will lead, again, wont assume, will try it first.

I would wait on this version. right now, it's not worth the hard drive space. You'll be done with the experience within 30 seconds.

The sad part about them hi-jacking the name "Super deepthroat" and proclaming they are making a 'spiritual successor' is that they have not gotten what the spirit was in Super Deepthroat.
