Is this final revision, uh, version? So after this, it goes forwarding with adding more content.
Technically, it's all new content.
Valentina's training revision events are brand new events. They take the place of the generic training montages shown earlier in the game. They're titled revisions because they are placed earlier in the story then where the current story is at. All of Chrys' and Riley's events are current content with the story.
I'm planning on more revisions for Valentina, and then similar revisions for Harper to get rid of the training montages entirely. I am limiting my development schedule to two weeks of revision work, and then four weeks of brand new story so that the majority of new content advances the plot.
When it comes to improving the game, I try to tackle things in order of importance. In the very beginning, the biggest complaint the game had was the grind, so I significantly reduced that. Afterward, there was a complaint that now Valentina's and Harper's stories moved so quickly that they didn't make sense. I agreed, but these were lesser concerns over the other problems it had at the time: a bad introduction, no hint system, lack of animations (back when it was a slideshow), short animations (only one animation per H-scene), not enough animations (only two repeatable triple animations in the game), no android version, and so on. I ranked all of these issues as more important, and then addressed them one by one over the year until I finally had the time to work on revising the older content.
On top of all this has been the constant visual overhauls the characters have received. You all saw the new Kelly Clark, but Missus Powell has undergone a similar adjustment to bring her up to the standard of the other characters. Her new model just isn't in any new events yet, although it was previewed on my Patreon in a few images so that I could gauge if it would be well received.
Valentina, Chrys, and Riley have all had some slight adjustments - you can actually compare their older models to their newer ones just by looking at the sliding screen on the main menu. I'll need to replace the whole main menu too, eventually. A visual adjustment for Harper is also planned after Valentina's revisions are done, which should hopefully be sometime next week so that her revisions can start in the Version after this new one. It's all a balancing act.
