Ok, wtf is going on here? Aos is claiming that Syla and dad not only were but still are are working for Tanos...at least dad is since Syla is dead. Maybe dad just doesn't know the kind of person Tanos really is. He was going to kill the MC if he and the rest hadn't escaped. Dad is just a regular human so he might be largely unaware. But that's probably wishful thinking. If dad is in on Tanos' experiments he might need to die too.

The dead end 49 take me by surprise, second ending of purely H-Style on the game since frat house all the way on the first arc, though, besides that, provided an interesting Lore drop- Even without MC's intervention, Humanity apparently isn't stomped like the alternative ones, with at least either Berni or Malik surviving years later and taking the battle to Monster World, destroying it alongside the whole star system in a battle stated to be one with Universal Importance, something most likely unseen on a previous cycle, though, between the two i think it was Malik, given how this update dropped important stuff about him still, i think the MC is needed for a "better outcome", but is nice to see not everything falls over his shoulders.

I don't think MC dies, "dies". There is something that happens after he dies and is not the "end". It is for us we are playing the game. There is also the small dialogue after in the monster world where everyone is saying how they lost their "V" cards, and if you say that you lost it with Christie, Ella says:
Ella: Mmm, I bet. But honestly, I was hoping it was me.
MC: Too bad.
Ella: Ah well, next time.
MC: What does that even mean?
Ella: *shrug*
There is something here, or I'm just tripping.
Also, I think MC is way more important to Ella than is even portrayed

How is that even possible? Its kinda obvious that MC is everything to her at this point. Because of her plan and because of affection.
I think she would sacrifice herself to give him power/"become a part of him"/whatever in a heartbeat if it is required for her plan (which he is at this point) to succeed.
I found the conversation with her in this update very interesteing where she told the mc that people who perceive him as flawed/wrong/damaged are clueless and he shouldnt consider their opinions. Because she has decided he's perfect as he is and she knows best (even compared to other beings/chosen like Aos).
Could be Ella exaggerating but im pretty sure its all the truth
By the way was Ella being the Chosen of the third apostle know before this update already? If was kinds news to me. Is that why she cant really die? Does the Rebis have a Chosen? (is it Tanos?)

It's nothing but a 4th wall thing. Before that update, WW was discussing with the chat about the changes to 1.0 and someone(was it actually myself? Lol) asked if the virginity thing would finally include Ella and other characters. WW said he might include the dead end 3 sex scene into an actual scene there. Since it wouldn't be much work to do it, as it's already a scene. So next time, things would be different, with that added bit of context lol.
This isn't an unusual thing by the way. WW likes to add 4th wall jokes every now and again throughout the game. For example, Ella and MC talking about her art update in the park before the Valravn fight. I think before that update came out, WW posted on patreon about people's thoughts on it. Even this update had some. I recall MC mentioning the whole incest patreon thing and such to Alice. If I remember right.
I said all of that so say, don't take some of those type of discussions seriously. Depending on the context, some are just meta jokes about out of game stuff that could happen. Which in this case, it was just a fun little joke about her getting new scenes in the 1.0 update.

Your forgetting something, this is past tense, which should be obvious given the fate of Syla. We know about the check ups, we know Tanos and Syla worked together. However as to if MC's Dad is still working for Tanos, that's in the air, Syla cant be for obvious reasons, and anything else is speculation at this point. (I'm sure we'll learn more)
One way to find out, you do have sex with Ella at some point, or at least have the option too, and if I recall all sexual encounters are optional. So if you want you could lose your V-Card to her.
This does imply that Ella is self aware about this being a game, which I mean this isn't the first time or first character to be self aware in the story.

It's been known for years now. But you mostly had to be turned by the 3rd to pick up on the clues. Because if you choose Mommy, there's really nothing bizarre about you beyond Memory supposedly not having many spawns.
Anyway, Valravn mentioned early in the game that Ella is the spawn of the 3rd. The hint being that if you were also the 3rd spawn, he would say another spawn of Body. The same with Aglaecwif later. Who separately called Ella a Chosen. Even without the Body line being mentioned. Then in the immaterial world, he mentions the current 3rd Chosen ruining his ritual to Syla. Which is obviously Ella as she and her kids caught him lacking.
As for Rebis, he can't have a Chosen. He's one himself. Being a creation of the 12th Apostle. Deryl and Tanos would be 2nd Gens of the 12th. Not to mention, I would say Devana has a chance to replace Rebis. Since she has the full Creation trait from the 12th. Being it's spawn via infection or whatever method it used for her.

Not past tense...in the following lines the MC tries to correct Aos by saying Tanos WAS their boss but Aos refutes it but does not further elaborate saying simply it's dad's job to inform the MC. So they are still working for Tanos...whether dad fully know what Tanos is about we don't know.
Well, Stephen was the one who warned MC about the Twin Snatcher in the first place. He must have some clue. Also it seems he's not fully subservient if he can do that.
Right but that's not really relevant here. Dad and Aos seem to be working with him or for him...unless Aos is the one lying. To what extent Tanos is playing dad and/or Aos we honestly have no real idea. Just how complicit are they in the horrific stuff Tanos does we don't know.
Dad's a shady guy who know his way around information, he should have some ideas. Plus mom and dad has been to Tanos's clinic for years he likely sused out Tanos isn't a good man. Now killing dad is a little extreme, I thing he'd be disgusted by Tanos's experiments. Why is he working with Tanos? Spying on the mad doctor seem possible.
Get an error if I try to select "nothing" at the shop. So I am forced to spend my well-earned powers. Do you find out the effect of the choice you make in this update?
Just thought about this... if you agree to a deal with the memory monster girl and agree with shopkeep to pay later, you forget about the deal lmao.

This makes it even funnier lmao, imagine you get a dead end because you think he's trying to scam you and don't agree to pay. As for the rest, she might come collect the memories later than shopkeep would come for the power.
Also just wanna say, paying later is a complete waste, I don't think there's even a power check in this update. It's just a scam... for like 5 power tops.
