Anyway, on to the point. How's the game been going? Yeah, pretty well. I'm at the phase where I'm just spending all day drawing shit and arranging scenes for the update. There's a lot of shit I want to include in this one, so I've kinda been juggling on deciding how much of it needs to be done in this update vs the next. I've got a goal in mind that I think I'll reach, but I might do a bit extra if I have extra time, it just depends. Which leads me to the next point, when the game is probably coming out. Basically, I'm aiming to get it done before June ends, so around 2 weeks from now at a guess. This chapter is gonna set up a lot of shit for the future, some of which I might let you vote on, but we'll talk about that after it's release, so look forward to that. Anyway, that's it for now. I'll prob do another post pretty soon to make up for last week, so stay tuned."

Hey, are any of the Dead Ends locked behind any requirements? Like you need a certain level of corruption or lack of corruption or something. I remember that one Dead End early had that thing of neeidng you to have a certain level of Power, where you are too confident and attack Ella and get slapped down.

I want to take a quick run and see all the Dead Ends. I'm pretty sure I missed some, like the one in the Battle of Diamonds with the Eye and Bernhardt and stuff.

The only dead ends that require stats are the two special ones with the eye, with 25 corruption and 525 power respectively. As for the others, it's just about making certain choices, like not training enough before the mall, killing Christie (though I suppose that one counts because it requires corruption), or my favourite, attacking Charlie at Langdon's office. I honestly recommend seeing that last one because it's one of the few non-eye dead ends with some lore

Any reason why WW started using AI for the H-scenes in Monster World? And is it a permanent thing? Because if fixing the early art means replacing it with this, I think he’s better off leaving it alone. Sure, it wasn’t the best, but it had soul.

Fair point, I wasn't here much before the ai implementation. At least I've first played a little bit before it got ai aids in the game, so I don't know how faster and how much content with the help of ai had helped in making the game... But some of us here are disregarding it and even welcome it so it can be easier for WW as we are mainly here for the plot and story.

The Black Moon arc is the last of Superhuman "1" so to speak, Weird has implied that a sequel is gonna be made later, on the future.

As for the DeadEnd in the brothel, is implied that either Bernhardt or Malik survive the blackmoon and kickstart that war(though i think is Malik, since he is the one we known as of now, is in Outer Space), perhaps with some aid of Spawns from Earth or whatever faction he encountered across the cosmos, Earth is probably destroyed I'm almost certain of that, though something to have into account about that ending, is that MC wasn't around, with him actually being on earth, he might end affecting negatively the outcome, resulting on whoever blow monster world on the DeadEnd, actually dying on the main timeline.

I think everyone is surviving the Black Moon, minus some side characters like Clark or someone. That war, I think, will be much bigger than just Monsters vs Humans or whatever, and that’s what Ella is preparing for. All of the main cast will probably be level 5 or higher at that point. I’m not even caught up yet (AOS City), that’s just my guess for now.

Not necessarily. In the game, it says "months, perhaps years," so at most like two years. Timeskips aren’t a big thing anymore in Monster World. Six months went by and you don’t even feel it. Oh yeah there's a bunch. Most of them are just "make the wrong choice", but there are several that are more in-depth. Like, if you're too strong when fighting Ella after investigating her home, (kill the guys in the diner, then train at every possible opportunity), you'll reveal your ability to control Memory to her and she'll take you to Memory itself, then everyone gets killed by the Lord of Dark. There's also some dead ends involving the Black Hole Aos makes when you're fighting Klaus, which depend on your power stat. Then the Eye dead ends are corruption dead ends. Lots of stuff like that.

I understand what you mean, but for the last couple of updates, the ending text WW uses to signal the end of content specifically called it the final arc. Though I'm suspecting it was another lie by WW at this point.

From what I've heard, WW only uses AI for shading, and he still cleans it up afterward.

The apocalypse is a cataclysmic event, the result IS the process. In this case, its a war.
