People keep parroting this. Has it been stated specifically how long the MC's flesh/material can stay separated from his body?
Y'all act like sperm stays inside the female's uterus for the entire 9 months. LOL! The fertilization process takes, on average, 19 hours. And that's with a normal sperm count.
If anything, the MC could be a baby making machine, if he wanted to be, because he can increase his sperm count to whatever he wanted. If the average sperm count for a fertile male is 80–100 million per mL, image if the MC increased his 100 fold. That's 8 - 10 billion sperm per mL. Image if he increased it 1000 fold. That's 80 - 100 billion sperm per mL. He could quite literally, "flood the zone." At that concentration, fertilization would be damn near instantaneous.

We haven't been given a precise number, but it's not very long. The MC has to more or less immediately reattach a piece of him that gets separated, or it's lost. When it comes to the MC's semen in particular, we've seen that it vanishes in the time it takes him to explain to a partner that they don't need to clean up, because he has magic vanishing semen. So it's definitely not lasting long enough to fertilize any normal human egg. Monsters with supernatural fertilization powers only, I think.

This is wear I've always felt The Eye comes into play. The MC gets to 4, and then something happens that necessitates him going from 4 to 5 quickly and The Eye servers as a stabilizing force (why have billions of years of knowledge and not put it to use). I can image something like this happening if the MC is forced to take on Indra at level 3. He'd go from 3 to 4 to 5 in a matter of minutes with The Eye basically taking over and guiding the MC on the fly.

Ok so the pregnancy thing is specifically only for superhumans and humans right? cause i remember the weird bit of lore WW said that superhumans cant get each other or other humans pregnant but they can get monsters pregnant and that the result is always either a normal human (most likely means they have a predisposition for their monster parents apostle(s) while having no active powers or abnormalities) or a full monster.

This back and forth between you and I is what's actually off topic, and has nothing to do with anything. So I'll just end it right here.
Didn't Nico say she was one of the fastest of the "normal" HERO members to reach level 4? At this point the MC is only now starting to lag behind unless he evolves in the next few days or at most week(s).
I don't remember where/when exactly but in the Monster World Arc I believe Liz/Amber brought up the topic via toilet breaks and the MC made a joke about shapeshifting and going over the side of the carriage before stating he doesn't actually have to do that anymore. I want to say this was stated as early as level 1 when MC and Deryl was still figuring out his powers, but I'm not sure about that.
As for the pregnancy: The two biggest factors in detached material lifetime is energy amount and air exposure and Ella proved the general concept with her Doll and that was just a layer of lacquer. Adapting his DNA should be relatively easy with his memory powers and some training.
Combine the two and impregnating humans and superhumans should be perfectly doable.
When Deus told Halona that their services wouldn't be needed for another hour and a half, I assume he was talking about everyone returning to their stations. Knowing Deus, he was likely referring to the attack.

Exposed to open air something detached from MC lasts about 5 minutes iirc from way back with Brianna before the interview SIN interrupts. Now that he can train to force it to last longer he could probably get it up to 15 or something but it's kinda moot without the stuff Ella teaches about the doll's construction. But that's not really relevant to the problem that ALL superhumans have.
MC has to go through extreme effort to consciously control things like this, he works way better following instinct which isn't as precise. When MC gets impregnated it's a monster doing it. We don't really know exactly how that works, but we do know that some monsters are just way more compatible with superhumans than any other human or superhuman is. We only really have two examples but it's not a stretch to say Eisheth could also do it, Henri could probably do it, or that Ella as the Chosen of Body and with her extreme skill in modifying her body could get it done to some degree (especially since she directly hints that she and MC are compatible).
My personal best guess is that between superhumans it has nothing or very little to do with genetics and everything to do with the supernatural power. If the powers aren't similar enough, or the nature of the power can't force it, then it just doesn't work. With Ella we don't know if being a Chosen of Body has any perks that help in general or if she just knows she's compatible enough with MC specifically. She has more extreme, fine control over the state of her own body even at the atomic level than anything else we've seen but we don't actually have much reason to believe that helps this sort of thing. Which leads me to think Ella in particular just has a high enough power compatibility with MC's power.

I think people get too hung up on this and focus too much on the literal mechanical aspect of how powers work and forget that the powers work predominantly based on theme, to the point that we are even having this discussion on whether they would need to expend energy on something so mundane and normal.
I would like to think that we can simply use common sense and that the issue with detached material is relevant to the MC's ability to create things outside of his body, it exists to explain why he doesn't mass produce copies of himself or casually produce items, it exists to keep the MC's powers in check. That Weird shouldn't be required to tell us that he needs to waste any effort at all with a sperm cell, because that's normal and the thematic power of the body should know the difference, that the Body aspect of all powers, is not going to actively hinder pregnancy. Destruction maybe, but not the Body.
